I was so grateful to spend my time at Walter’s place while in San Miniato, both him and his father were so accommodating and went above and beyond, there were many special touches throughout the apartment, the fridge was stocked with drinks and all the kitchen supplies were clean, and everything was organized and easy to find. The view from this place is wonderful, I’m not sure it could have been any better. Walter snd Roberto were the best and I hope to come back and stay again. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Very comfortable bed and breakfast, which corresponded to what was seen when booking. Mrs. Yulia is always very kind and available. We appreciated the room, spacious and well furnished. There was also the possibility of making herbal teas or coffee, with a small availability of packaged brioche. If I go back there, I'll definitely take advantage of this very nice and comfortable place.

Francesca was very responsive and left us all the instructions to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The accommodation is very friendly, well decorated and functional. The proximity to the street generates a little noise but it was not inconvenient for us. the location provides easy access to the cities of Tuscany and even the beautiful Chianti region. i recommend this listing!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night at Lorena and were fully satisfied with the house as it was exactly described as in the listing and even better! Super quiet and quiet location, convenient parking near the house and the house was very clean and tidy, it was a real treat for us and we hope to return to Lorena again as she was very kind and very willing to provide us with all the information we requested and she was super responsive in her responses and very kind to let us check in a little later than expected, I absolutely recommend.
