We were received by Mr. Jorge ( father of Flávia ) who showed us the house. Extremely clean local, accommodations as per photo, very comfortable. Quiet and quiet condominium, super safe, we will definitely return.

The stay at the house met expectations! Good location, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was well organized and had all the necessary utensils for the stay. Overall, the place and accommodation were excellent. One point that came to be desired was the water in the house. It had a dark/yellowish color and often smelled a little strong. However, the service and the remaining aspects of the house were satisfactory.

We had a great stay at Cristiane's place! Firstly, Cristiane is very friendly, attentive and flexible. She allowed us to arrive as early as 9:00 in the morning, so we were able to avoid traffic getting to the island. That has helped us a lot! She had also received our grocery, beverage, and frozen groceries, which made it even easier for us to arrive! My husband had to work, so Cristiane provided a large monitor and cables to install it on the laptop that my husband had brought and great Wifi! The house itself is very nice! Our favorite part was using the gourmet space, where we prepared several barbecues. Everything is very well equipped! The house has two refrigerators, espresso machine, water filter, electric oven, microwave etc. The dishes available are tasteful! You could prepare a beautiful table for New Year's Eve dinner! The location is perfect close to everything! We were walking to the beach, bars and restaurants! We loved it

Victor’s place is great! Safe (private gated community with just a few houses), clean, well decorated, with all the cutlery, pans, etc you’ll need for your stay, including salt, pepper and seasonings. AC all over was very convenient, even if the weather was not too hot. The house is beautiful and the view from the living room and main suite are amazing! The other 2 rooms are a bit on the small size but not a big deal. The neighbourhood is quite nice and we didn’t experience much traffic (early December). There’s a good restaurant just outside that was very convenient when we arrived hungry after travelling by car for a few hours. Victor also kindly extended a bit our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. In short, we’re picky but would definitely go back to Victor’s property! PS: special mention to Benoni, the caretaker that was always smiling, attentive to our needs/questions and answered the messages very quickly.

The location is amazing - just a short walk to Praia Mole which is exactly where we wanted to be. The amenities in the house were great - air conditioning, hot water, WiFi ....which aren’t always guaranteed in Brazil! Fernanda and Mauricio were great hosts - friendly, informative and always available when we needed them over WhatsApp.

Our experience at Carolina's home was amazing. Newly renovated house, very comfy and complete. The house has 4 suites, air-conditioning in all rooms, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue and beautiful decor! Super accessible to the beach (just cross the street), in addition to staying in a safe condominium and very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to relax and fraternize with the family. In addition, I would like to thank you for communicating with Carolina. Very quiet and helpful. Thank you so much for your experience at your place.

Well-decorated and nice well-maintained apartment. Spacious rooms in relation to the neighbors. The only thing is that it's not all en-suite rooms. Very nice condominium. Only one pool is missing

The house is really wonderful! Very spacious, organized, clean and very comfortable. It had all the utensils we needed. The place is quiet and safe, especially for children, who have taken advantage of the pools a lot! It exceeded our expectations! I am sure.

Staying at Otamar's house was a great experience! The location is perfect, minutes from the beach, which made our days very practical and enjoyable. The house is super well equipped, with a full kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals with ease. In addition, having a washer and dryer was a great differential, especially to take care of the beach clothes. Another highlight was the availability of items such as cooler, chairs and parasol, which made all the difference in beach walks. Otamar was an exceptional host always quick to respond to and still gave us great suggestions for places to eat and shop in the area. Sure, it's a place we recommend and we hope to go back!

João was extremely available, kind and attentive, he welcomed us very well. The house is very airy, spacious and beautiful, exactly according to the photos of the ad and the condominium is beautiful and safe. The only thing is that the ad says it is 150m from the sea, but you need to take a good walk to the beach, about 10min on foot, as the house is right at the end of the condominium.
