House vacation rentals in Santa Catarina Island

We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

Perfect house, we went with the family and we felt at home! Fully clean, organized house, clean bed linen, towels too! Uncleaned Pool, not to mention all household items and even appliances! Perfect location. Close to the center and close to the beaches we like the most! Ingleses, Canasvieiras and Jurerê! We intend to return soon! Thank you so much Alexandre for everything!

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. The house is wonderful, better than the description says. All luxury, very comfortable for large groups, in a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Andrea's antención is excellent, marvellous cuisine and made us feel at home. We'll be back anyways! 10/10

The stay at Adriano's house was great, the house is very well located and easy to go to the beach, restaurants and markets. Adriano was always very available and helpful during the stay, I recommend to anyone going to Cachoeira do Bom Jesus beach to get in touch and stay at Adriano's house!

The accommodation has excellent kitchen equipment (utensils and appliances of all kinds, coffee and mineral water, among others), beach chairs and umbrella, and a complete barbecue. The dedication to making guests feel very comfortable is evident. We highly recommend it.

Casa da Joe is a true paradise, the place is very safe and very beautiful, and the hostess is very kind and receptive, a great place to rest the head and the soul, perfect for the family!

Rossane and Claudia were great hosts. Always attentive to us, they helped us with recommendations, they gave us a welcome gift... always ready to help, with good energy. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Their two dogs are beautiful, they never bothered us. We would choose them again 💖

Casa exceeded expectations, large house, comfortable, air-conditioning in all the rooms. We were between 4 adults and 3 children, barbecue area and pool a show to enjoy the end of the day, sea near 5 minutes on foot. 15 minutes by car to Guarda do Embaú, 15 minutes by car to the end of the parrot and the beach of the dream. It was worth the experience, God willing we will be back.

the house is beautiful and very spacious, the location is perfect and with the sea just minutes away, the commerce around is excellent, the pool and common areas of the same house are incredible and the host is always very attentive, I recommend it and expected to return soon.

Home is fantastic, exactly what we expected, a paradise. Seu Hedio received us personally and was very helpful. We had a little problem with the water of the house and His Hedium was very helpful to solve the problem and tb came to us to check if everything was in our compliance. 10/10 I will return with the family for sure

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It was very relaxing. I saw the sunrise from my bed each morning, which was magical. We enjoyed the private beach for quiet reading and swimming. Practicing yoga on the lawn surrounded by nature was a highlight of our stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The comfortable outdoor seating areas were perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations, and we're already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!
