Very cool district and close to the beach. Sr Arnaldo and Maninho were excellent hosts and always helpful and kind.

Great location, so close to everything. Quite quiet area for families or couples. Minutes away from the beach and a short walk to cafes and bars. Also a pretty safe place.

I am reticent to leave this review as I would prefer for Dario’s place to remain a secret! It is paradise. So peaceful to relax on an amazing lake with monkeys and lizards in the garden. Dario is a great host, always happy to help and always quick to respond. I will definitely be coming back…!

The casita was as if to premiere with everything you need to have an excellent stay. It had the necessary elements of personal cleaning and hygiene (toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen soap). And they left us some complimentary chocolates that seemed like a nice gesture of welcome. Its location is 5 blocks or less from the beach in a super quiet area, for lovers of peace and nature. Edmilson and Carol were available at all times in case we needed anything, and we even had an inconvenience on the trip and they did the impossible to solve it for us. Undoubtedly all of the above remains chico compared to the this gesture. We would definitely stay with them again.

From the day we arrived until we left Stewson was super friendly and helpful! The place is super cozy and willing to think of us in a comfortable place on the island. Since you're in the middle of the Same you have a car travel time similar to all the praias. Our hosts, Leia and Marcos, always available for tips or need that we had, offered us leisure resources such as bikes and beach chairs, all in great quality to be comfortable. The house is almost on the edge of Lagoa da Conceição, which gave us moments of tranquility and contact with nature without having to go to the beach, which is also relatively close. The house is beautiful, right in front of it has a wall where Léia did a fantastic artistic work, but this and other details I leave them to discover by themselves, as they are charms that make the experience even more beautiful and delicate. My stay at the Marina apartment was great! The place is super cozy, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to Praia Brava, perfect for those who want to enjoy the region. Marina was a caring and helpful host. I will definitely return!

It was very nice to stay with Vanessa and Edson, very attentive, the accommodations were great and met expectations and needs. We highly recommend the hostel, all very safe and comfortable. Having stayed in such a good place, made our travel experience even better.

Host Liliane was super friendly from the first moments after the reservation, she gave all the information to make her stay as comfortable as possible. The loft is a find, very good taste, location in a quiet place and easily accessible to the main roads of the city and the view is simply spectacular, with an amazing sunset, in addition to the condominium being very beautiful and with various amenities.

Simone's apartment is beautiful and very well located! I loved everything and felt sorry to leave. For those who sleep more sensitive to noise, like me, I recommend bringing ear protectors, since the apê is close to Beira-Mar, which is busy. However, this is an easy to solve detail and does not diminish the amazing 5-star experience of staying there.

Everything perfect in our stay , apt fully corresponds to the described and is well located in the Center , close to everything. Access via tag on the doors , Air conditioning, new bedding, all new , super equipped with all kitchenware . Anyway, we love and think about renting him back for next year's Folianopolis event.

The location is great, is 3/4 blocks from the canasvieiras beach and has several restaurants and shops nearby. The entrance to the listing is easy, it is electronic and has no need for keys. Gabriel was attentive during the stay, gave all the instructions and tips of what to do during the stay

The place is beautiful, in the middle of nature and with a top view of the lagoon. Cíntia and Jeff were helpful and passed all the information. It's worth it. The ascent from the street to the apartment can be difficult for people out of shape, for me it was quiet

We stayed a month in Joao’s apartment and we loved every minute of it. The place is stylish, comfortable and centrally located. There are gyms, grocery stores and fantastic coffee located close by. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. Highly recommend it.

Hedy's place is exactly what the listing says. Small, but cozy, clean and has everything you need for a quiet stay. I stayed there for being close to Ressacada stadium, since I went to Floripa just to watch Paul McCartney's show and the venue was perfect. Puder go and back on foot (4 blocks) very quiet. It also has a supermarket and bakery nearby, and I didn't have to leave the neighborhood and face traffic for nothing. It was really good.

It was perfect to stay there for 40 days! Liliana and family always ready and quick to help. It is a very special little corner, exactly as in the pictures and in a beautiful and quiet area of the city. I will definitely go back and highly recommend!

The loft surprised us, an impeccable place, safe and very close to the beach. We liked every space in the loft, which was very well planned and has everything we needed for the day to day.
