The house very clean, well organized, with great bedding, bath and table, very clean, full and practically new. The decor of the house is very beautiful, full of details, including books to tell Frida's story. The only thing the bathtub doesn't heat up. We love the place we love the place

Apartment with a privileged location, facing the sea! It has all the amenity you need to spend the family holiday. Good bed, good shower, sea view and all the utensils you may need. Célia very attentive and responds quickly. we want to get back soon.

The location of the apartment is excellent. I managed to get around easy, close to the city market, the waterfront, the mall and a square. There are cafes, restaurants and market nearby. The apartment is really nice overall. I had a little internet issue, but it was resolved. And the Apê has a lot of wood details and triggered my allergic renite.

The place is very well cared for, the location is excellent ( literally 40 meters ) from the beach. In addition to the kindness, education and care ( everything works ) that Ms. Jucirema has with Flat, we still had the grateful surprise of her disposing of Guarda Sol and Chairs of Praia. That is, everything thinking for the greatest comfort of the guests. We recommend and will be back for sure.

Apt very good, silecioso, private, everything working, with stationery, safe place, quiet. A little distant from the Centros de São José, Florianópolis, but very close to shopping. I recommend for overnight stays and for work, as the internet is good.

The place is simple yet comfortable, clean and reliable. I rented car so it was super easy to stroll. Great cost benefit.

In the description it said that there would be a sofa bed. But it had only one mattress on the floor. And there were only two chairs to sit, we were three guests. Besides that, all right.

excellent location. In the side apartment, from the balcony you can see the beach and also the street in front of the building. Parking included, everything close to buy. In the courtyard you can be with your pet, you can sunbathe on the sun lounger, make a barbecue in the gazebo, all this facing the beach.
