Monthly Rentals in Sanderson

Unique stay with nice patio and cowboy tub. We stopped here for the night, and enjoyed the overnight stay.

Coe's place was absolutely wonderful. The house felt right at home and had everything you would need. We arrived from out of town an hour early and Coe allowed us to check in a little early. We had beautiful views of the nights sky, and nice star gazing. I even messed up my truck out in Big Bend and Coe immediately found me someone that could help me look at it. He even came out that night to help. Haze Roberts, you are the man and thanks again for all the help. If anyone is in the area and need help with their vehicle, Haze is your man. I could never thanks those 2 men enough. If i could give Coe 10 stars I would.

We were looking for somewhere to stay on our way out of Big Bend and this fit the bill for our group of 5. The house is as described and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had good amenities in them and kitchen had coffee basics. Town doesn’t have a lot in it but that’s the nature of the area. We enjoyed our stay and Coe was very responsive to messages.

Great stay, amenities, host. Cafe next door is also wonderful, so definitely make a stop there. One critique: we stayed on a pretty cold night and the location of the heater seems to be that the warm air stays above head level so down on the ground we could not get the temperature to rise above 60 degrees. 🥶 Perhaps the host will be able to remedy this for future stays. Overall highly recommend 👍🏼
