Beach condo vacation rentals in Sand Key

Great place for me and my wife for our one night in the area prior to our departure from TPA. The unit was very clean and was comfortable for the two of us. Basic dishware, untensils, toaster and ice from the freezer in the fridge were available to us for our stays needs. Chris was very informative, responsive and helpful in every way, including the state of the property after the hurricane that passed thru just a few months prior and how to get to his unit via stairs since one of the elevators was non functional. The property is next to the bay, in eyeview of Whiskey Joe's restaurant (great food and drinks there!). On site there is a bar and small food grill right next to pool, which was great for us relaxing and waiting for the view of the sunset. Another great host from the AirBnB community.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

Lovely stay. Truly 5/5. Amenities/resources of a hotel with the space of an apartment. Very responsive host. Very clean rooms, tidy. Laundry in room was hugely helpful w/ all the sand and outdoor activities. Kitchen very well stocked w/ all the essentials. Helpful to have towels, beach chairs & umbrellas available for use. This is all included in the $35/day resort fee (which is in addition to what you pay via AirBnB as an FYI). We had a few maintenance questions (we couldn't find the living room remote) and I texted the front desk and they came up to fix it immediately. Housekeeping was very easy to schedule if needed. The staff was so so helpful w/ all questions. You're a bit off the beaten path in Clearwater (in a good way, 2blocks north from the main strip w/ all the restaurants/bars). It's a great spot for families, you are right the beach, everything walkable. New building. You feel safe. We'll 100% consider again when we return, thanks!

This was the perfect spot for me and my sons and my furry child. Everything was as described. Just a few steps from everything we needed or wanted to do. My son Alex said it was one of the best trips ever! ❤️ It really was one of the best trips we've had in a while.

Beautiful studio for 1-2 people!! In a perfect location where it is peaceful but still close to the airport, good restaurants, shops, etc. The views from the balcony/pool area were beautiful. The room and complex was well kept and clean. All of the amenities listed were available and having a washer and dryer was so nice! Loved staying here!

We had a wonderful time in Florida and Alex’s place was perfect for our family of 3 teenagers and a girlfriend! We had rooms for everyone and there was the flexibility for all to relax, spend time at the beach, hang at the pool, engage in activities, hang in the condo, or lounge on the balcony. The living space was great for family meals inside or outside at the grill. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! We stayed here during the month of November. Barbara is a great host, very responsive. The place is large and spacious with a fully renovated beautiful kitchen. Overall a perfect location for a quiet beach vacation. The complex has great amenities, large heated pool. Would return again, highly recommend this place.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. The condo was perfect for our family vacation with 2 little ones! The hosts were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make traveling with kids easier. The beach is beautiful, the pool and hot tub are great, and the porch makes the perfect place to spend some quiet time overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, there are ample towels for bath + beach, coffee shops / bars / restaurants are within walking distance, and it was so nice to have the closet of beach chairs and toys. Truly the perfect family vacation spot and the best AirBnB experience I’ve had in years! We’d love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Jennifer’s place and look forward to coming back! I ordered groceries for my family the first day and never had to leave the condo the entire week, John’s pass is directly across the street, we swam all day at the pool, the beach is steps away, then at night went to all the stores,restaurants, ice cream shops right across the street, the view is beautiful, everything you need to cook in the spacious kitchen, plenty of room for a family of 4, so much to do in walking distance, and comfortable beds to relax at night, there was more then enough space for my boys to relax after a fun day, the sunsets are incredible from the huge balcony, and the beach, Jennifer was an excellent host and always responded quickly with questions but everything we needed was explained perfectly, easy check in/out, we look forward to our next trip we will definitely come back to her place when it’s available! One of our best vacations yet!

The place: It is exactly as pictured - right at the beach! Easy to find and has gorgeous veiws. You can hear the soothing beach waves 24x7, and if you don't want to, just close the balcony doors and it is silent. The kitchen is great with all the necessary amenities provided. The beach is amazing and not crowded (in December 1st week). The place also has a pool and hot tub which were closed due to the hurricane - Jimmy let us know that before we booked the place. We stayed here with our infant and greatly enjoyed! The host: Jimmy is awesome! He is proactive and responds within minutes. He was very accommodating of our requests - for example, he bought a high chair for our infant's comfort, for which we were very thankful! I would definitely love to rent his properties when I visit again.
