Monthly Rentals in Sanchongbu Shan

Great location, within 10 minutes walk to the MRT ( and you can see the Taipei101 on the way home! ) Room was clean and equipped with everything you need.Not to mention Zoe the wonderful host, super friendly and fast respond to all my questions. 謝謝照顧～ ( 還有可愛的Luma! ) 希望有機會再入住～

This was my first visit to Taipei and I was a little worried about finding my way arround the big, busy city. The moment I entered Sheila´s apartment, all my worries were gone. The space is very well designed, I found everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Songshan main station is super close, metro, trains and busses reachable by foot within a few minutes. This made it easy to explore Taipei in any direction, knowing I can always come back to the apartment easily. After a while I had the feeling of "getting home" whenever I returned from a day out in the city. Communicating with Sheila was easy and her sister was there to help with the check-in and in case I had any questions. I am very grateful that Sheila is providing this beautiful space and I am looking forward to my next visit! Thank you very much, Max

Convenient transportation and cost-effective

It’s a very nice housing experience during our stay. Thanks to Rebecca’s prompt responses whenever we need help. Great location, friendly and safe building. Although the room has some dust on the windows frames, curtains and desk surface, it’s easy to wipe clean. White noise from dehumidifier and Air conditioner can be loud, but they are working fine and keep the room comfortable. Appreciate the bright lighting in the bathroom, drainage can be better. In all, very thankful, definitely would like to return next time.
