Great place, great host. I would definitely stay again if I return to Sayulita.

Stayed for 8 nights with 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids. Great location, walkable to the beach and many great restaurants. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful. The pool was great for lounging and playing for kids. Outdoor patio was also a great place to hang out. Note that the location is right next to a big stage for a resort so you can hear the music very clearly in the evenings but it stops by 10/10:30pm. The plumbing could use some maintenance and kitchen pans and knives are also well-loved. We brought our own pan which helped us not have to eat teflon for breakfast. All in all a great place to stay. We would go back!

This place is just good for the soul! The views and wildlife are incredible. We saw SO many whales and iguanas from our balconies - shout out to our host for having binoculars! Also very clean & top notch communication. I love that it was 3 adult bedrooms - ideal get away for adult couples. We were very appreciative of the above and beyond touches like water jugs being fully supplied & the 2 backpack coolers. LOVED the quick access to the beautiful private beach & found some good rock climbing within walking distance as well if you're into that! It was a quick 10 minute drive into central Sayulita, which was one of our favorite places we've ever been too. Colorful, lively, immersive, and the food was outstanding (I'm a big foodie!). Only issue we had was with the AC unit in the penthouse - they were on it but got pretty hot up there a few nights & not much circulation. Overall, so so happy with everything & one of the few places we'd want to stay at again :)

What a beautiful home! Our group of three couples loved it so much! The house was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The pool and patio were wonderful. The grounds lovely. My AirBNB app was not working ( my fault, recently changed emails) so Brandi texted me to make sure all was well, by the end of our 8 night stay we had texted so much it felt almost as if we were friends. Paige, our cohost was also fantastic. Mayra came to cook us brunch, it was delicious! San Pancho was lovely! Everything was within walking distance of the casa, we walked in the mornings, spent the days on the beach and at night the town comes alive! The sunsets are amazing, the whole community comes down to the beach to see them. We even had the pleasure of seeing baby turtles being released into the sea. Recommend by Brandi. I could not recommend this more. If you are considering staying here, do it! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent, very clean house, spacious rooms and with AC, equipped kitchen. Nearby shops, beach nearby. It has parking but I don't use the area it's very quiet and my van left it outside. It has a gas grill and it works fine.

Excellent place, everything is fine, very recommended by the host at 100.

Eduardo was friendly and welcoming. He responded quickly to questions. The house was very nice and clean with everything you need to feel at home and it is located in a safe residential neighborhood .

Jez and her boyfriend were great hosts. They were available to answer any questions quickly and allowed us to check in early so we had a place for our luggage which was greatly appreciated. The air conditioning worked great in the bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The gorgeous beach is a short walk and great for swimming!! There is laundry service in town and many restaurants and stores which is a nice 10 min. walk where we saw horses along the way. We found a delicious restaurant in town with wonderful owners, Jardin Serein, we highly recommend. Must mention that the shower has good water pressure and almost instant hot water that was a big plus for us. We enjoyed visiting with Jaz's kitty, she is a very loveable sweet kitty. Thank you Jaz for a wonderful stay.

Jose's place was magnificent! My family truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was amazing and anything we needed had an instant response. The place was very quiet and it was nice to get a break away from the rush from the city. Highly recommend.

Jorge and Vero were friendly at all times, they were attentive to some questions we had, we had it at ease in the house, thank you.

Fantastic, simple lodging with incredibly helpful and communicative staff. Located right next to a 24hr taxi service with ease to get around.

The property is beautiful! We rented all 3 casitas. Joan and Dave were so accommodating and very helpful with our transportation into town for a wedding. The casitas were all very clean, AC worked really well! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Great deal! Hosts offered several recommendations from transportation to/from the airport to taco stands/restaurants to safe ways to exchange cash in town. It made our stay so smooth and comfortable. We didn't meet the hosts directly, but they were extremely communicative and they have some local assistance with the property. We didn't even utilize the room cleaning or the laundry offering, but everything was excellent! Those assisting with the property (Ramon, Marisela, and Miguel) went above and beyond. Ramon was extremely gracious in picking me up from the bus station and showing me around the property. The very next day, I was about an hour away doing the ATV tour & Tequila tasting. Ramon doubled down on this generosity when he agreed to meet the couple staying in the other dwelling and showed them around the property at short notice. Not advertising this! But it happened to work out in our scenario and I am forever grateful. Thank you, Posie, Chloe, Ramon, Miguel, and Marisela!

Overall, the Villa was fantastic. The Check in was simple and it worked well for our family vacation. Great, Location and a stone's throw from the town square. We were unable to use the downstairs studio room due to a gas smell when we arrived. The groundskeeper was a bit pointed in stating that it didn't smell, despite our whole family confirming, but we did not enter the space after that to avoid risking it. Either way, I would recommend this location for future use as it is a beautiful property.

I love the house really cute and comfy,very peaceful place and organized. Just the hot water wasn’t working but besides that the place was so cute and relaxing Thank you for having us there!

This place was both beautiful and perfect for our stay in PVR. The host was extremely quick to respond especially when things went slightly wrong with a breaker. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Extremely clean too! They had a crew come in and clean/replace sheets for us halfway through our stay and had a pool guy come and service it. Absolutely incredible and perfect for a family trip. 10/10 Would come back!

Very good communication with the host. Everything looks the same as the pictures. Has everything you need even washer and dryer which is so convenient. We went during really HOT time but luckily this place has ceiling fans and AC that's a Huge plus. Beds are very comfortable. We liked that there's a pool , for those days you plan on just staying in the house definetly try out the pool. And another good thing was there's a Walmart and other stores very close, we loved that. I would definetly recommend this place. 😁
