Jessica's communication was great. She was helpful with anything I needed. Check in was a breeze. Room was basic, but affordable. I pretty much just slept while I was there, but people seemed to be having a fun time in the back where the restaurant and bar were, but it didn't affect my sleeping.

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Close to everything if you just want to rest and be close to the heart of Sayulita is what you are looking for without thinking more.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view, the open air kitchen area was nice and the 2 private balconies on each bedroom was great in the morning. The building is up several steep hills but a quick walk down to the center of town. Would stay there again!

This place was very cool. It is a renovated Casa behind a high-rise condo. They did an unbelievable job of remodeling the Casa and you end up with the best of both worlds because you have full access to the facilities in the high-rise, which includes a rooftop heated pool and restaurant. we spent most of our time in the heated private spa in the room I would highly recommend it for a private romantic getaway

An excellent place to have a relaxing vacation. The place is very nice and well cared for, Carlos the very good host, from a week in advance he was in contact with us. Totally recommended.

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

What an amazing place to stay in Sayulita! The location was very quiet and only about a 10 minute walk from the heart of the town. The place was clean and is clearly well taken care of. The suite was private, gated and the pool was beautiful. Suzanne was very responsive and friendly to deal with! Would highly recommend!!

I enjoyed an excellent vacation in Paul Hernan's house, it is a very quiet place and the house is very clean and organized. Only as a suggestion they could install mosquito nets in windows and doors as there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Liz was very friendly, we arrived at night and welcomed us smoothly. The house was very nice, very clean with air conditioning and the very full bathroom had everything we needed. We'd stay there again.

it is a very nice space and it is very close to the main avenue of town where you can get what you need for cooking or good restaurants.

My group and I loved the place, very comfortable the only thing is that a room has a large window that there may not be much privacy for a couple, but the managers Zaira and Adrian, helped us cover the window with a great layout. extremely friendly in the same way, Laura and Byron, clear and friendly. The access to the beach is super simple, practically facing the sea. the pool is cold but it is a super nice place to live with its bar and seats to see the night with friends. Overall a great place, we are sure to come back soon
