Super nice and friendly host, clean accommodation equipped with everything, very positive experience. The exterior is also remarkable, unfortunately due to bad weather we did not take advantage of it. 10 minutes from the center of Carpi and 30 minutes from Modena, relaxing property. In short, great value and recommended!!

Antonella is her very spacious apartment. They generate a good mood. The house is very spacious, tidy and clean, furnished with colorful vintage furniture, comfortable bed, very comfortable parking, very quiet area, in a hamlet in a strategic position to discover Verona Mantova Ferrara and Modena all within walking distance, shops, bar and supermarket nearby, manicured and very spacious garden particularly appreciated by our dog, very comfortable parking. There's nothing missing and Antonella is the top of the Hosts, available and very, very nice

Everything was perfect, the owner was always very helpful and kind and also indicated possible places for lunch and dinner. The apartment was really very clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities.

There is too much to describe but we felt accepted into a new life here. Everything was perfect, more than accommodating, the family went above and beyond for us. We stayed for a month and will stay again! The apartment itself was large with plenty of space, the choice of comfortable beds, fantastic shower, all amenities and the veranda is great with a view of the sunset. Amazing security with secure parking available. The area is so peaceful. There are cycle routes nearby, I had my bike with me and was given recommendations of places to go. We also enjoyed snowboarding trips to the mountains and day visits to venice and surrounding places, all with recommendations. We had our boy out for a week during our stay and he was so happy to be invited to play with Enrica's boys which is a fabulous experience. We thank you all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
