Monthly Rentals in San Marcos

We had amazing time at Marina’s place. It’s perfect location for families - hikes, swimming pool, peaceful location. Kitchen had everything we needed for our long stay. It looks exactly like the pictures, it’s very spacious and comfortable. 10/10

Sabrina's place was a gem! It was very cozy, quiet, and clean, with everything you needed and more. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having drinks and snacks ready for us when we arrived. The clear instructions throughout the house on how to use the heater, shower, and other amenities were also very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sabrina!

Everything was perfect! I can highly recommend this. Second year here for me, and just as satisfying again. Six weeks without any issues whatsoever. Robin and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and safe, close to a grocery store, gym, etc. 10 out of 10 ! I’ll be back 😊

From the time we first communicated, Amy was awesome. Everything was just as she said it would be and we had no issues finding our way around the area. Loved the quiet surroundings and the fact that Amy was on site should we have needed anything.
