The host is nice and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable.

The apartment is incredibly cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Rick and Will are extremely attentive, always available, super kind, and very helpful. I lacked nothing during my stay. You also have your own parking space right in front of the door, a private bathroom, and access to the shared pool. There are several shops within easy walking distance, and places like Montery, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, Carmel, and Pacific Grove are just a few minutes away by car. The area is also a little bit less affected by coastal fog, and I had plenty of sunshine during my stay, which I really enjoyed. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to return again soon!

The host very kindly allowed me to check in early after suffering from food poisoning at at my previous location. Everything was as described. Just keep in mind that the unit is directly above a saloon that is open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights.

This little gem of a cottage in Pacific Grove is lovely. It is located on a quiet residential street but just blocks from the ocean, Monterey Bay Aquarium and many shops and restaurants. Not only is the cottage charming but the garden surrounding it is beautiful and well maintained. I rented this for a Ukrainian young woman who I and my husband sponsor. It was the perfect place for her to unwind from a very difficult journey from her homeland and to begin acclimating to her new life here. Suzanne was the perfect host and made her feel very welcome.
