Lovely apt. Great view, and a very comfortable bed!

We had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s place. They were highly responsive, respectful and friendly. The location is right next to the beach. In fact there is a path from within the apartment complex to enter the beach directly. There are good restaurants nearby and local grocery stores. We highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay and Ligia was a terrific, helpful and accommodating host! The apartment has a lovely view of the coast and is, in fact, right on the beach. You walk out past the beautiful pool (which appears longer than 25 yards for those who want to swim laps) and out onto the beach from the guarded gate. There are large umbrellas and loungers to rent on the beach. The apartment was perfect — everything you need and nothing you don’t. You can see the water from the bed. The beach crowd was very family oriented and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again when we want a no fuss, no stress, lie on the beach vacation.

We have stayed at Marilyn’s place a few times now and we are always very happy with the location, how clean the apartment is and spacious. She has a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for the beach! I would recommend it highly!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Such an excellent location and a great stay. I travelled with my son and 2 of my friends. There was more than enough room for all. The balcony and bedroom views of the beach are exceptional! Along the Main Street we enjoyed many establishments as well as the Foxwoods casino, which was a short distance away. About the apartment , everything we needed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, extra blankets, pillows. This host thought of everything. If there was any issue at all, it was the initial finding of our parking space. Once that was established, we were good to go! I would repeat a visit here, no question.

We had a great time at Juan's, the location of the hotel is very convenient, we felt safe walking around the streets, as it is a tourist area. For us, the nice things were the underground parking and the great beach a minute's walk away. The new air conditioner cooled the apartment in minutes. Juan is a very responsive host, he was in touch all the time, gave useful advice, took care and attention for our check-in. We are very grateful to him.

We absolutely loved Joie's place! It was so clean, had a great view, and within walking distance of several wonderful places to eat! Joie provided us with detailed lists of area attractions. Everything from outdoor adventures (even including what type of clothing & footwear would be needed, and where we could purchase these items) to area beaches, and restaurants. I cannot express enough how detailed of a host Joie was. It was very much appreciated. This was the nicest and cleanest place we stayed during our time in Puerto Rico. Thank you for being a great host!

Great Space & Spacing. So much impressed us, from first sight to the grandkids did not want to leave. Private pool, 15-20 people fit. Right on the water with tremendous sea breeze. Each of us spent time soaking in the distant roar of the waves and the breeze to relax us. Beach water was shallow, no fear for the kids. They went kayaking with the available life vests. Coconut palm trees on each side, & a papaya tree on the side. Great kitchen with a separate freezer. 3 bedrooms for couples, one double for two but could easily sleep 4, bunk beds & queen size bed for 5-8. 5 showers, one outdoor shower to remove sand. I think everyone could have fallen asleep watching TV on this huge sofa. Propane gas stove on balcony to grill. Brick Barbecue pit near pool with sink to wash fish. Near Luquillo beach with plenty of food options. Cozy, romantic, fun, safe. Great family trip. Awesome.

This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was even better than the photos. The apartment was so cozy, nicely decorated and had so many details that made for a great stay. We especially liked the wireless chargers, first aid kit, charmin 2-ply toilet paper, and bounty paper towels. The AC was ice cold, and the bed was comfy. Location was awesome. We felt safe here, especially given that it was in a "gated" area. We loved having our own little patio and dedicated parking spot! (spot was pretty tight though, heads up). Not to mention the beach at the end of the street (2 minute walk). The coffee shop around the corner is FANTASIC as well. We went both days of our stay. The only negative I have to include in is that I reached out to the host before booking to ask what fabric the sheets were. I was told they were cotton, but when we arrived they were polyester microfiber. I was disappointed about that, but overall extremely pleased with this place and would love to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Victor's place in Fajardo! The location was excellent - close to restaurants, attractions, activities, the beach, and El Yunque. Check-in was very clear and easy. The views from the balcony are amazing! We loved sitting outside overlooking the bay while the kids enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the garage parking was a plus. The place is spotless and well-equipped with everything a traveler could want. Victor made excellent recommendations and could not have been more hospitable and responsive. We could not recommend this place more highly and we hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Hosts responded promptly to problems with San Juan’s fragile infrastructure re: power outages (generator) and water supply shut-off, (to which the host delivered gallons of fresh water to us). We enjoyed the hot tub and the several outside seating locations (roof top, garden table) for our large group meals and get-togethers, altho’ we could have used a kitchen with an oven the night we ate frozen pizzas!! Neighborhood restaurants were walkable as were some beaches altho’ a car is necessary to take advantage of all that this part of Puerto Rico, as well as San Juan, offers. We felt confident that the hosts were “on-call” to respond to all our questions and concerns. There is ample on-site, gated parking which added a level of security to the property.

We loved our stay here. With the pool, hot tub, ans beach, we didn't have to leave the property to enjoy PR. Very close to fun excursions, beaches, and restaurants

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

Great place and location. I was unsure of check in process when I arrived but that was sorted out relatively quickly. Mr. Ramos was very helpful. We had a great time.

The condo was spotless! The view was incredible. You can see the beach and listen to the waves crash all day and night. The location was perfect. You can walk to near by restaurants. The people of Puerto Rico were so friendly! We will definitely be back!!

Lovely serene views of the lagoon especially in the evenings with Kayakers enjoying a sunset frolic. The accommodations were very convenient for a couple. The location is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The host and the onsight representative were responsive and helpful. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

The room was clean and well-maintained, offering great comfort. The beachfront view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s a perfect spot for families. Jose was an outstanding host—accommodating, helpful, and incredibly kind.

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

All was great! Descriptions, pictures and instructions were right on so no surprises. Advise for people- read everything!!
