Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in San Juan

This location is EVERYTHING that I wanted in an Oceanfront rental. The Host was wonderful with quick, friendly communication and fantastic recommendations for food plus entertainment. The area is not fancy but people seem to care about the community and we loved it.

Habacuc was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for what we needed. However, the resort is located in a neighborhood that felt a bit less desirable. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable walking to nearby places, and our only options for dining were either staying in or driving about 30 minutes to find better places to eat which wasn’t ideal. The resort, unfortunately, is in need of some maintenance. There were several cosmetic repairs needed around the property, and we were also disappointed to find that the lazy river and water slide were out of order during our stay—something we weren’t aware of before booking. While the apartment itself was great, the resort amenities were not up to expectations, which was a bit of a letdown.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The space was incredibly clean and spacious, and the facility provided plenty to do in the time we were there. The pools were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed a quick round of mini-golf. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. It was one of our favorite AirBnBs and a place I would 100% return to if we come back to the area. We were hoping for a 10 out of 10, and we got an 11 with this one!

We had a wonderful stay in Luquillo. Jose was an excellent host and went of his way to make excellent recommendations for food and recreation . The studio itself was clean with modest amenities. An area for improvement - more linens please! Staying for 5 days with one towel and one face cloth per guest isn’t enough. All in all, we had a magical trip and loved staying here. Thanks!

The place was great. There was lots of things in the area, all types of little activities were nearby. Plus the security made the place feel so safe, tons of cameras. The place was very clean and also quiet. Honesty, next time I go I hope I can stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Noemi’s place. Communication was clear and kind from the moment I booked our stay. Yes, Noemi does stay next door while visitors occupy her home, however she did not bother us AT ALL. We only saw her 3 times during our 5 day stay, when we arrived, when we were leaving, and once to move our car over for her husband. Her home was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, inside and out. The backyard view was our favorite. Way better than the pictures! The wildlife was a beautiful sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. I can’t forget, Noemi was even kind enough to make a happy birthday banner for my boyfriend before we arrived. She also was great at recommending local spots to eat, shop, or just have fun. Very thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Minex was one of the best Hosts I have ever encountered. I had a hard time communicating with the local bakery’s about my birthday cake. Minex stepped in and was able to smoothly and easily handle the process for me. I provided the picture and got the exact cake done. She checked on me throughout my whole stay. She is very friendly, easy to communicate with and she has everything possible you can think of in her home. We had a blast. We felt safe, she gave great recommendations on food spots, night life etc. I would def book with her again if I visit PR. 11/10

Gorgeous location with spectacular views.

What an amazing spot! We had 4 couples staying for a wedding at the nearby Hotel El Convento. The location truly could not have been better. We were walkable to everything we wanted to do in Viejo San Juan and near many shops and restaurants. The street itself is charming and quieter than many other streets in the area. This home worked perfectly for the 8 of us but may not be as comfortable for large groups without couples or with folks uncomfortable sharing smaller rooms. The rooms all had AC units, but the central living area did not (it was never uncomfortably hot). Note that only 1 of the bedrooms has a window with natural light. As another reviewer pointed out, both bathrooms can only be accessed via bedrooms, but there are privacy curtains so we did not find this to be an issue. The downstairs shower fixture broke during our stay and the hosts were very responsive in helping to get someone to come fix it!

This place was absolutely amazing! The villa is super equipped with everything you could think of. Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay here again. Working with Lydia was a joy! She was very attentive, responded quickly to all of our questions and gave us many practical tips. Christmas 2024 was a complete success! Thank you!!!

Comfortable house in a safe gated neighborhood. Excellent for that local experience.

There were a couple issues but we didn't bother to complain I saw others bring up the same in their reviews. Light in living room was dim and got bright when it wanted to. Same thing for bathroom light. Freezer almost made it to freezing but refrigerator didn't get very cold. Water pressure was almost non-existent and didn't get very hot. House was spacious. Plenty towels, dishes, clean. Couple AC's weren't getting cold. No one complained much. Took it for what it's worth. We were to busy to call host. Host was great had everything setup for us on arrival. Gave us plenty of information on surrounding areas. Host could fix up the couple things I mentioned but I would stay there again. Thanks Jose. See you next time. Surrounding area was great.

We were extremely pleased with this Airbnb! Gated community with the coconut trees and a lovely beach just out the back door. The beach was gently sloping and all sand and fringed with coconut trees. Perfect for the kids to play in. There were washed up coconuts that were sprouting and we planted several among the taller coconut trees above the high-water mark. Kitchen had everything you needed. Huge drier was great for those towels and swimsuits. Carmen was very responsive, getting back to us within a few minutes – even on Thanksgiving Day! This is a great value – well worth checking out! NOTE: The location of this place on the map is incorrect. This place is actually at Playa del Yunque Rio Grande to the east of the marked location.

The location was great and the private beach access was key! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious and parking was included. Highly recommend - would definitely stay again!

Very nice inside, it is a drive to everywhere but if u rent a car very worth it.

Excellent stay! The villa was an extremely clean. We absolutely loved the bed. It was so comfortable and the sheets and blankets were high quality. The kitchen is well appointed as we were there for a month so we cooked a lot. The living room was comfortable, we listened to Alexa quite a bit (great feature). We spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying the beautiful grounds of the golf course. Having the golf cart was very helpful for trips to the beach. The Rio Mar grounds are very well kept, the resort is absolutely beautiful. Although not having access to their pools was quite a bummer, the beach was very nice. We would rent again! Hated to leave! Lydia was very responsive to any questions and had. Great property manager!!

The location was absolutely perfect. The heated pool was incredible and very close to Julie’s place as well as the kid pool that’s right in from was perfect for our family! The beach being a great distance is a plus! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining and attractions nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Everything you will need she has thought of! We cannot recommend Julie’s property highly enough. Will definitely recommend her place and will be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lery is one of the nicest, most genuine, people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. So quick to respond when I was having internet issues- it was fixed in a matter of minuets, no lie. The place provided great views of sunset and the balcony was a great place to take morning coffee. The space was actually a lot bigger than expected so that was a nice surprise. Quiet building. I experienced little to no ubers a few times but that could have been my personal experience. Just something to be mindful of if you don’t have a car like me. Overall, a great stay with an even greater host!!!

Great experience, much better than I thought! Beach is one of the best I've been to for swimming--soft sand and very shallow with few rocks. The entire experience was incredible. Frances is very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Our first time to PR and we loved the location!! We stayed 7 nights. I loved that we could go west to San Juan and old San Juan and go east to Luquillo and El Yunque. The condo was large and easily accommodated our family of 4. We loved having multiple beds and the sofa bed. The bathroom looks brand new. The pool was bigger than we expected and my kids loved having it to themselves as the most people we saw there was 4-5. We rented a car for two days and the free parking was amazing, there is also an Enterprise directly across the street which was so convenient. There is also a huge grocery store a 5 minute walk away. We got groceries and cooked a few meals which was great and we also used the laundromat downstairs. Thank you Alfredo!!
