Aparthotel vacation rentals in San Juan

The location was very convenient for us since it was close to the airport and also near a gas station, which was great as we had rented a car. It was a bit disappointing to find hair in the shower room and on the bed from the beginning, but overall, we had a very good time.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Everything is very nice

We originally had trouble with the previous Airbnb. It was disgusting with a horrible smell and needed a place stay for the next two nights. The place was exactly as described. Close enough to get to all the things you want to do within a small drive. Clean, quiet and roomie with a second queen size bed that can be used for more guest. It was just my wife and I. The air conditioner in the room and the one right after you walked in kept the place cool. The sofa wasn’t as comfortable as expected, but we were not there to watch TV. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. The bed was comfy and clean. I would definitely return. Thanks Terry.

OK, so the host was really responsive and very clear spoke great English. Finding the place was a little difficult, but I think that’s just because the building is kind of new. I know this unit doesn’t have a lot of reviews, but I can tell you it was awesome. I wasn’t sure what kind of place this was but it seemed like a really nice condo building with a 24 hour concierge in the front. Everyone was super helpful. It’s very private and the outdoor area is awesome with the hot tub. It’s really clean and quite beautiful. The air conditioner worked great in both rooms and that’s something I truly care about. They made good use of the bathroom space and both bedrooms look identical. The best part is that it was right in the fun area and very very safe. We honestly just went there for a weekend to have some fun. I don’t really want people to know how good this place is because the next time I go back soon I definitely want to stay here and I don’t want this unit to be all booked up.
