Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan

We had an amazing time staying at this air b and b. Our favorite part of this place was the view. It was great to step outside a soak up the warm Puerto Rico air and view. The Air B and b is basically in a hotel set up and right on Isla Verda with easy access to shops and restaurants. The only thing that could use improvement is an update to the bathroom, but overall an incredible and can't forget to mention that the bed was extremely comfortable.

My partner and I have stayed at Juan’s place twice now and we will continue to come back! Juan is a great host, keeps it very simple and straight forward, and any questions we had he resolved in a timely manner. We absolutely love his home, the balcony view, and the fact that it is walking distance to everything you want and need!

If you’re staying in Puerto Rico at Condado beach area run as fast as you can to claim this great place. First off, Jennifer is a superb host: flexible, available, great communication and one of the most helpful hosts I’ve ever experienced. The place itself is fantastic. Incredible view, very classy interior, spotless and inviting. As a studio goes it was so well designed that as a couple it was easy to simply move in and feel at home. I can’t emphasize enough what a great host Jennifer is. We decided to rent a car and she did all the leg work to find us a parking slot in the building. Whenever we voiced a need she was right there to attend to it. She is a generous host as she provided bottled water, beer, coffee and champagne! All chilled and ready to consume. It was nice to simply slide into a temporary home and have nothing more to do than enjoy ourselves.

We had a great stay. The location is right at the beach, we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. The designated parking spot was also great if you have a rental. The host comminuted promptly on every request. I will come back next time when visit PR.

I stayed for a week during a work trip, so chose the location based on proximity to a conference venue. Ubers are plentiful. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The view is spectacular!!!! Yes, the AC units are loud when they cycle on but you get used to it. I loved the well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other nice touches provided. The beach is within a 10 minute walk and everything you need is provided. Looking for another excuse to visit PR again so I can stay in this apartment.

10 stay. Comfortable apartment, better than the pictures. The bed, very good linens and pillows, and towels as well. The air worked great. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Good fridge and new. Chairs and beach towels Huge and new TV. The location and perfect views. Xavier was super friendly and made it easier for us to have a perfect week. Feel free to choose this apartment. No great luxuries but with everything needed.

Beautiful unit and HUGE! Everything was clean and everything you can think of is available. Lots of sunlight! If you drive in, it's a little tedious checking in because it's a PROCESS lol. Heads up though, they will ask for ID at the front desk and then take your picture. ( I understand safety but why do you need my picture if you took my ID? ) The parking garage is TIGHT so if you can park and Uber once you get there, that's your best bet. Host was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Now that we figured everything out I would def stay there again. They are also working on the building so I'm sure it will only get better!

Apartment was super nice. Having the 2nd full bathroom was definitely a plus. It was quiet and clean. Parking was great. Angel was super responsive! All around great stay!

The place was perfect, just what we needed and lots to do around the place.

Great place to stay for single travelers or couples. The place has everything you’d need for a stay at the beach. If you have a car, parking is tough but there are paid garages nearby. The place is very clean and modern with a cool deck and view of the city and the ocean. There are also a ton of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

We (6 of us) came to celebrate my 30th and it was nothing short of amazing! There’s two balconies, one with a front view, and one with a view of the trees and you can hear all the coquis clear as day (that balcony was my favorite) the private (quiet) beach and pool(s) are walking distance. Very safe community, gated, and security is always there. There’s a convenient store about 3 minutes down probably like a 7/10 minute walk??? Javier called me as soon as we checked in to recommend places and see how everything was already going, he has the best energy very family like! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will book again! If you want to visit San Juan, la placita, pioñes, el yunque rainforest- I suggest a car! And or of course Uber!? All that to say: BEST WAY TO BRING IN AND CELEBRATE A MAJOR MILESTONE! Everything was as stated. Had a great stay and good location.

This place is amazing for a few days in Puerto Rico. Quick walk to the beach, a grocery store, and tons of restaurants. We had breakfast on the balcony that looks over the ocean every morning and used the building’s pool when we were done with the busy beach. Ron was super responsive and helpful.

Wow this place is a beautiful spot! So beautiful and secure and safe. Had every amenity you can think of. Very responsive host and made our stay in San Juan the best! I had the view of the ocean and loved it so much I didn't want to leave the place. Put all my other airbnbs to shame. If there is one neg is the parking, going down to that parking with a big car was a test of your driving abilities but after I parked it I ubered everywhere so it was great. I would recommend this place 1000000%

Thank you Juan for everything. we all loved your home. Especially the amenities. That massage chair was a hit. And so was the sauna. Again, thank you for your hospitality in visiting your beautiful home. We will definitely book again.

This place was amazing. We felt so comfortable at times we didn’t want to venture out into the city. Alex was so helpful with recommendations for all we needed and when we needed help starting the grill they were available. Highly recommend!!!

The house is very nice. Plenty of space and natural light. The private heated pool in the back is small but for us, it was the perfect size. The house is the downstairs unit in a two story duplex, but we never heard the upstairs neighbors at all, even though there was a decent sized group up there during our stay. Lots of AC in every room. We always were able to stay cool. There’s also a little space in the garage where my wife and I did workouts. Finding the house was tricky the first night because it was dark. If you arrive after 7, you have to tell the security guard your name and where you’re staying. But once we figured it out, it was not a problem at all. The area is nice. Lots of restaurants, groceries and shops that are within walking distance. The biggest plus is that it’s a two minute walk to a great beach. When we came back, there is an outdoor shower by the front door to wash off our feet and messy. Definitely would stay here again.

Jenny is a phenomenal host - so friendly, great communication (before, during and after the stay), very accommodating and helpful when any question came her way. She was accessible during our stay and just overall a great host, one of the best I've encountered throughout all of my airbnb experiences. She was able to provide local recommendations for our group to organize excursions, chef meals, and transportation all ahead of time. Thank you Jenny! The home was immaculate when we arrived. This is a stunning property within a private very safe neighborhood with hill top views. Kitchen/bedrooms/baths were all spotless when we arrived and there was zero clutter. Highly recommend this home for any group visiting slightly outside of San Juan.

This Airbnb is truly worth 5 stars! My personal favorite of any property I've ever stayed at. The incredibly thoughtful welcome basket could rival any hotel's - I won't spoil the surprises but you'll be amazed. Hosts friendly and responsive. Pool is absolutely gorgeous, I miss it already. I hope to stay here again because it's a magical space.
