Beautiful duplex apartment with 2 balconies and sea view. There is nothing missing in the apartment. We felt like at home. We liked Playa San Juan very much and were lucky with the weather. Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Shopping on foot 10 min Restaurant 1 min 😀 Thank you for a great stay dear Olga

Miguel is an excellent cooperative host! He made practically all our wishes possible and helped where he could! I've never experienced anything like this before. A good home office is possible, there were already appropriate connections and fuses, a monitor and mouse, and he even got the keyboard for us. In addition, there were 2 pairs of keys, early check-in, late check-out, new pillows and finally an interim cleaning with change of bed linen after 4 weeks. The beds are comfortable, the shower with many functions and nice and hot. From the small balcony, as well as from the terrace, you have a great view through the gap directly to the harbor, as well as to the Teide and the village. The apartment is perfectly located, it is only a short walk to the beach, the buses leave around the corner, the supermarket is practically on the other side. We felt very comfortable here, enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.
