Really always continues to be fantastic in visiting this house that has a very welcoming style, with some sunsets and incredible views from the balconies of the house, in addition to a phenomenal weather, perfect in the evenings to use the fireplace and a social area with jacuzzi as well as a bbq to share with family , Ana Maria an excellent host and we look forward to coming back soon

No words can express how amazing this place was! We stayed in a beautiful cottage on top of a ridge that was spacious, comfortable, and downright magical. Any time I need some peace and serenity, I will return—hopefully again and again!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb in Alajuela, Costa Rica. From the first moment we felt very welcome. The place is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, close to the airport but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. In addition, the host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

This is a beautiful property: a pair of little houses set in a lush garden. A lot of attention to detail in decor and equipment available to renters. We would certainly stay here again!

We loved our 2 week stay at Teal's place. Chandra, the house manager met us with a warm welcome, and gave us helpful tour. She was an invaluable resource for recommendations on activities, and local cuisine. The surroundings were beautiful and serene, and we saw a multitude of wildlife. The house was spacious for our family of 5, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Despite visiting in the summer, the temperature was breezy and comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated, and everything was maintained. We would definitely visit again!

This little house is a dream, it was just what we needed to renew energies, in the middle of an estate with beautiful views and a beautiful garden. The design makes you fall in love, every detail makes you feel at home, in addition to this full equipped and even has a gas grill. I can't stop mentioning Oso the guide dog who accompanied us while we walked through the estate and Doña Merari who was very friendly and always attentive to our needs as well as Doña Vera. I would be back with my family without thinking about it.

Great space, wonderful views and the grounds were beautiful with all the flowers. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were nice and cozy. Stopped there as a half way point to the Caribbean coast. Was a tad difficult finding, but it was in the dark and once we got to Aquarius and looked at the pictures we got there no problem. Host was responsive. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house.

This place is really awesome I highly recommend it if you are planning to stay near the Irazu volcano. The place has great views that you can basically see most of San Jose and Cartago if there are no clouds. Maria Laura was very responsive and she even gave us tortillas de queso! I really liked the jacuzzi but keep in mind that Chicua is generally cold so be prepared with good sweaters. Also, there are heaters in the room to keep you warm at night. I would definitely stay in this place again!

The place is very beautiful and quiet, the treatment and attention of Xinia was excellent.

We had a great stay. The house is as described and the kitchen was particularly well equipped. The beds were comfy. Irma was very helpful with recommendations and a booking for a birthday meal. We received fresh eggs in the morning, which was lovely. This does mean noise from the chickens, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a lovely balcony and plenty of space for the kids to run around.

Debbie's guest house was even nicer than the beautiful pictures. It was easy to find the property. The driveway is long and up hill. The dogs were friendly and a delight to have around. The cattle could be seen from a distance. There are lovely views from the patio and upstairs room. In the evening, a cool breeze came through the bedroom windows. We even saw a macaw fly by. The pool is refreshing. Debbie was a delight to talk with! She made us a delicious evening meal and served it on the guesthouse patio as the sun set. The kitchen is fulling stocked! There was even fresh eggs and vegetables for us in the frig. This house is so relaxing and welcoming. Small towns are nearby. We drove about an hour to Carara National Park and Jaco Beach. Another day we toured "La Casa del Alto Tour Rural." I highly recommend staying at Debbie's place!

A unique place, perfect to get away from the daily grind, near San José, but that allows you to enjoy a break from the routine, to have a space of your own, a place I'll soon return to!!

A beautiful cabin in a secluded area surrounded by nature. The cabin can get really hot, but with the two fans we were able to get a good nights rest. The views were stunning and the cabin was really clean!

Augusto's mountain cabin was so peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! The cabin is very cozy and the views from the deck were spectacular. They had plenty of firewood waiting for us, and messaged us the second day to see if we needed more. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove and it did help to warm up the house when it got cold at night. We went for a hike on the trail just meters from the house, and enjoyed the quaint mountain neighborhood and seeing the farm animals. Augusto was very friendly and responsive, and went out of his way to communicate and offer both early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated. On a side note, the neighbor and caretaker Mau and his family were very friendly and were totally available for any help we might have needed. I would definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Nicely appointed home, in the hills of the jungle above the town of Dominical. Mary and Eddy were excellent hosts and responsive to our questions. They even bought new boogie boards for our use! You’ll definitely need a 4x4, but if you’re looking for something quiet and off the beaten path, you’ll enjoy this home. Thank you Mary and Eddy for a nice stay!

This Airbnb is a nature lover's dream. Beside the bedroom and bathroom, everything is outside! We enjoyed cooking, reading, and playing cards outside on the covered patio. There are lots of birds and lizards to see and the landscaping is beautiful. We used the pool daily, which is in a very cute area. The location is close to downtown Sarchi. Alonso was very responsive to everything we needed.

We absolutely loved casa Mar Y Selva. We are true nature lovers and very private. We spend day after day on the patio, near the pool gazing into the jungle for wildlife and the beautiful ocean view. Nicole was always kind and responsive with any questions we had. Alberto was kind and friendly and helps maintain the property and house/pool. We woke to the holler monkeys 5am and birds of all different kinds. Toucans, brief visit by macaws, Parrots parrots and more parrots, coatie, and an amazing couple hours with hollers but they didn't make it easy for us to find them. Hoping to have the pleasure of returning to Nicole's true paradise again some day. Thanks for everything Pam & Jason

We loved staying in this house on our vacation. It has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy the facilities. Communication with the host was good, he answered our questions on time and was always willing to help. I would definitely go back to my family.

Incredible accomodation for family time. The greenery and tranquility of the area are special for resting, and the property has plenty of room for relaxation. There are also many varieties of birds to observe.

Our stay at Casa Lajas was wonderful! The house was very spacious, set up beautifully, with the most spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The farm was lovely with such unique pools, colorful gardens, and a peaceful stream. The absolute highlight of the trip was Ms Ana and her cooking! We enjoyed every breakfast and dinner she prepared. The entire family was kind and welcoming. When one of my daughters was not feeling well, Ms Ana provided us with helpful advice and guidance to get her feeling well quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mountain getaway, perfect for large families, retreats or reunions. We will most definitely return!!! Thank you Deiby and family!!!

Beautiful place to stay outside of San Jose🌿 i loved the peaceful garden and the expansive bathroom and how easy walking distance it was to grocery stores. Marcella was a wonderful host and if i am in the area again, i would definitely book her airbnb!
