Vacation rentals with beach access in San José Province

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s AirBnB. The apartment was the perfect distance to Manuel Antonio Park and the beach. Andrea was extremely helpful in helping with travel arrangements. Thanks for a great stay.

The place was good, just like the pictures. Very clean. The host met us with keys to get into the parking and our unit as soon as we arrived. The parking was up a steep short drive so it was a little tight to get turned around, but we were the only car so it worked fine. Would stay here again. Air conditioning in each bedroom was nice.

The place was great, the view just amazing! I know that two queen beds couldn’t fit in the smaller bedroom, but a shame that the master bedroom wasn’t in the room with the ocean views. The only thing was the lack of place for eating in..only three stools and we were 4, so one of us was eating standing up. A part from that, the place was just amazing, the amenities perfect, the location A1, and the host Nia was really helpful, easily reachable and very kind! Would definitely recommend!

As always staying with Douglas and Marta was fantastic. We rented two units and fished from the marina everyday. It’s just a short walk to the marina and downtown - the breakfast is really good and they can make some awesome drinks. Monkeys birds sloths all roam the property and the views are second to none - would recommend to anyone -

We had a wonderful time in the modern apartment in Uvita, Costa Rica! The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward – all the important information was shared quickly and clearly. The apartment is in a beautiful area and was the perfect base from which to explore the surroundings.

It is a very nice place, with a privileged view & full of nature; recommended! If they are going for the first time, I would suggest the 2nd entrance, which has an important stretch of path asphalt. 👌🏼

The property with all it's amenities was beyond our expectations is an understatement. The accommodations were comfortable and the perfect size for two couples, however the location across from the beach and the caretakers Luce and her son Jefferson were the real stars of this property. After much research, and reading al the outstanding reviews, we knew Playa Lido Rosa was our choice. It did not disappoint. We are chomping at the bit to get back to this amazing property as soon as we can. And this time we may never leave.

An excellent place to rest, have a good time with family and enjoy all the comforts offered, definitely 10/10, it looks the same as the photos and everything is extremely clean.

Wish we could have stayed longer. We traveled to 4 different locations in Costa Rica on this trip and this takes the cake for best location and amenities. The location of the house is perfect. Beach is steps away and walkable to town at low tide. We enjoyed beach combing and watching all the hermit crabs on the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and perfect for our family with kids. Already planning our next trip to comeback. Highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Biesanz! The views from the upper terrace are unbeatable, and the meticulously manicured yard is packed with wildlife, obviating the need to visit the overcrowded national park. Sarah is a super helpful and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

Don't hesitate—this is the best home in the area! Conveniently located, with easy access right off the Costanera highway... and literally on the beach. This house has it all. You are five minutes from so many great restaurants in Uvita in one direction and five minutes to great restaurants in Ojochal in the other direction. (Get the Tuna at Heliconia!) Easily plan day trips to every area waterfall and adventure tour. Wake up every morning to the sound of the birds and the waves. You could not ask for greater hosts that Natalia and Dave. Enjoy your stay!

Amazing location! I don't recall the name of the Italian restaurante across the street but I highly recommend it. The beach was a few minutes walk away and one of the best ones we've seen here. Will absolutely stay there again.

This is a perfect house for the Costa Rica experience. It is surrounded by beautiful rain forest and the views are stunning. Quepos, dominical, and Uvita are all and easy drive away. The staff was very responsive and I really enjoyed my stay!!

The apartment is very nice, small but comfortable, we really enjoyed the private pool. It is close to the beach, it is located in a quiet place that allowed us to rest and sleep very well

Esteban was super helpful when we needed somewhere to go unexpectedly and with little notice. The place was tidy and just as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The amenities were just as described. I enjoyed the beach while my family enjoyed the pool.

The place is nicer than what's shown in photos. The beach is huge, it's a very nice apartment and Susana an excellent host. I'd love to come back

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.
