Vacation rentals with a patio in San José Ixtapa

We really enjoyed the stay, Celia is a very friendly and accessible person at all times. He provided us with recommendations and suggestions on transportation and places to visit and eat. The location is great, very central and close to the beach and transportation. 100% recommended

We loved the place. The place has 3 levels which makes the place very large, the pool is in the back patio and has chapoteadero, jacuzzi and adult pool, the attention was inflexible. The beach is a 10 min walk away, great location. We will definitely be back next year. We love her

Great condo, fantastic location! Everything was clean. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The primary bedroom opens to the HUGE balcony and has great views of Zihua bay (the listing’s pictures don’t do the view justice). The kitchen is small, but worked great for cooking breakfast every morning. My kids absolutely loved the infinity pool and our private plunge pool (it’s not heated, so it’s not really a hot tub). The location is about a five minute walk down to Playa La Ropa (great white sand beach with lots of restaurants and bars), and a 15 minute walk to Playa Las Gatas (really good snorkeling). We had a great stay and would definitely return. The only issue was the AC wasn’t working in the primary bedroom, but with the screen doors it was cool enough.

Everything was amazing, the beds are very comfortable, the apartment is beautiful and everything you need to cook. The facilities are amazing and we had to see turtles release. I will definitely be back

The apartment and the owner, Cecilia were perfect. I felt at home immediately and so enjoyed all the other guests. The apartment is centrally located and surrounded by good restaurants, and a nearby fruit and vegetable market. Zihuatanejo is a safe and friendly destination. I will be returning to stay at this apartment again, hopefully very soon.

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, an incredible view and the beach was beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly, especially the reception team, who welcomed us with a smile and a very nice attitude. Miguel Palacios, who gave us the apartment instructions, is a very kind and attentive person, which made us feel very comfortable and safe during our stay. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable. 5 stars in staff.

Everything was exactly as described, the area is super quiet, we really enjoyed the pool and the stay. All the rooms worked the a/c and that is greatly appreciated for the heat, Ivan always communicated and answered our doubts. We would definitely love to come back again

Guillermo took great care of us from the day we booked, especially on the day we arrived with massive plane delays and till the last day being so accommodating. In grateful. This place was nice and view is unbeatable.

The staff at Tasman were extremely responsive to our queries and concerns. We stayed at Villa Kau Kan which is in a great location of Zihuantanejo along Playa Madera, but also convenient to walk down to Playa La Ropa. We had some issues with the entry door to our condo, which was condo 301. The problem wasn't fixed while we were there so we had to use a key. Not a big deal unless you want to head out separately and then need to coordinate your return. I'm sure it's been rectified now. Also, there are no recommendations for restaurants or activities and the on-site person wasn't any help at all. As we've been to Zihua many times it didn't matter, but other people staying there were visiting for the first time and would have appreciated some info. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, private and really very lovely. I would definitely recommend condo 301

A quiet place to rest, very tidy, spacious and enough, the rooms are very loose of space, located in the heart of Ixtapa has many options to eat and also very secluded to give you enough privacy

We loved our stay at Fernando’s place! It was so beautiful and calm, and had everything we needed. Fernando was available for any questions we had, and had left helpful directions and suggestions for local restaurants etc. The complex is beautifully maintained and everyone there is helpful and friendly.
