From the moment we booked, they offered us incredible support and customization - ranging from making sure we had the perfect crib for our little one to sleep in, to lining up in-home meals and drinks. I've never enjoyed the planning process more. Joaquín & Maru's personal touches ensured everything went beyond smoothly, including when we had to move our trip dates. I cannot say enough what a joy it was to work with them as hosts. Their warmth and generosity is truly infectious. We hope to stay at one of their beautiful properties in Mexico City, soon!

We have been to Ixtapa many times and this has been our best experience. The Monarca complex is the best private resort in Ixtapa. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the complex and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. The bar and pool is very relaxed and well managed, no fighting for chairs. The condo is quite basic, not fancy, but has what you need. The balcony is amazing with views to die for! Carlos our host was very responsive and gracious. We will be back!

An excellent place to rest. Everything is close and it's a very quiet area. You have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the only drawback I had was the wifi intermittently, but nothing to worry about. I would definitely come back and the host's attention was always helpful and kind.

One tip for fellow travelers: If you're ordering food or drinks at the pool, be aware that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. It’s easy to overlook this detail and accidentally overpay. Of course, feel free to add extra if you’d like to show additional appreciation, but it’s good to know upfront. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway.
