The photos don't do the house justice, it is beautiful and very well maintained, the pool is large and very comfortable, very good location and easy to get to, the host is always attentive. Daily cleaning is done and the people who take care of it are always attentive. Mr. Amalio from maintenance resolves any situation and is super friendly. I recommend them 💯👍🏽

Nice and spacious apartment in a great location. The complex includes a parking spot, security gate, and a beautiful and peaceful swimming pool area! Definitely recommend!

We have been to Ixtapa many times and this has been our best experience. The Monarca complex is the best private resort in Ixtapa. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the complex and grounds are maintained to a very high standard. The bar and pool is very relaxed and well managed, no fighting for chairs. The condo is quite basic, not fancy, but has what you need. The balcony is amazing with views to die for! Carlos our host was very responsive and gracious. We will be back!

An excellent place to rest. Everything is close and it's a very quiet area. You have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the only drawback I had was the wifi intermittently, but nothing to worry about. I would definitely come back and the host's attention was always helpful and kind.

One tip for fellow travelers: If you're ordering food or drinks at the pool, be aware that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. It’s easy to overlook this detail and accidentally overpay. Of course, feel free to add extra if you’d like to show additional appreciation, but it’s good to know upfront. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway.
