The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

My family and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Rose. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. Her attention to detail and hospitality were unmatched. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a perfect airbnb with an amazing host then this is the place to be! Thank you, Rose, for making our stay so special both times!

This home is amazing!! So much love and care has gone into this home!! The house is very clean and decorated so nicely. The backyard is beautiful, we loved spending our mornings in the spa pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but it is also an easy walk downtown to all the restaurants. We will definitely want to book this property again.

Second time staying at Penelope’s place. Love the country feel and solitude, yet very close to Modesto and the freeway. She is available and happy to make you feel at home. I will be back.

we loved our stay! The house was immaculate, roomy and comfortable! plenty of linens, pots, pans and dishes. The pool was sparkling, too bad we stayed during such a cold time. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and felt very private. It was AMAZING to have washer and dryer on-site, as we were traveling with children. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had and his restaurant suggestions are top notch, he definitely knows what he's talking about. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

This was a very nice, quiet, and private dwelling. Elsa and Dale are great hostess. They gave me plants from their garden which is very nice of them. Now I enjoy watching my plants bloom. One can tell that they take great pride in their Airbnd. For long stays Elsa insist on monthly cleaning. Everything you need is as advertised. I love the little private back courtyard. I would definitely recommend to others and I would return if I am in the area again. Thanks Elsa and Dale for your hospitality!!

Stayed here a few times for work. Living room is really comfortable. Nice tv. I just wish the heater got hotter, but host is aware and will probably have it fixed asap.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s place. It is a beautiful home, beds were comfortable, house was spotless. Jane was a perfect host, very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back.

Great location in Modesto near downtown, always a short drive to great restaurants and McHenry and Coffee road which have a lot of Modestos most important spots. The place itself is just as described and has a lot of parking, super nice check in and gives you peace of mind with the auto lock keypad. If you have any business nearby or in downtown I would definitely prefer the privacy of this house over any other place, would recommend it again

Mohammad’s home fit our needs perfectly. I came with some friends to attend a Lodi birthday party. The house is clean, well appointed and convenient. Mohammad was super responsive which made life easy!! We would stay here again.

We loved the home. Super close to shopping centers. The only thing it was that home was a little dusty and has some spider webs but other than that everything was great.

This home was perfect. It was spacious and had all the necessities of home. Ally was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. This home more than served the purpose for our visit. Everyone had their own space. Own king/queen sized bed and own bathroom. We stayed for 4 weeks, plenty of towels, linen, basic cleaning needs. The place was spacious and clean. Good for gathering together for fun and fellowship with a large TV and pool table. The kitchen was big and functional. It felt like home unlike staying in a hotel.

Wonderful Place, Nice and Quiet Area. only dislike about this locations is, That there's a guest house in back that can be occupied when you are in the main house. Which it was for our stay. Will stay here again if I'm in town.
