This is a real gem of a location and home. Its our fourth time staying and won't be our last!

The response time to our questions and needs was amazing. The property looks like the photos…no surprises.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is very nice. Nhi was very accomodating and very good to work with. It was very private and we felt very safe. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again when in the area.

What a great location and really nice and clean home in Modesto! The hots were super responsive, kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the home is safe, with empty fields on three sides, a fenced in yard, and great locks on all the entryways. It is on a busy residential street but it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were such a benefit go have, the kitchen had lots of condiments, spices and other extras, and the bathroom was spotless along with everything else in the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

John's home is super comfortable and homey! We loved the game room and spent lots of time there! Perfect for a family or group of close friends! John was responsive to our questions and needs and the home is well stocked with all of the necessities for cooking meals and toiletries! Would definitely recommend this home for your stay in Lodi!

Great location/neighborhood for this lovely, spacious home. Private outdoor spaces abound and unique decor gives it a flair. Very kind and responsive host make it a great Modesto choice.

We had a great stay! The apartment has everything you need! Debbie is very kind attentive and responsive! We will stay again. Apartment is very clean and cozy. Air conditioner and works really well. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed.

This stay had such a homey feel in all the right ways. There were a lot of little amenities that were super nice little touches, like popcorn next to the TV, s'mores ingredients, and dog bed provided. It was such an amazing stay with obvious care and personal touches

I was here for almost 2 months and I really enjoyed my time in Tracy. Everything and I mean is near here within just a couple of miles. The place was perfect for me. Laundry, exercise facility and game room, charging for my vehicle, security gate and friendly staff and guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful space, gorgeous surroundings, nice kitchen and a relaxing getaway for those who love to cuddle up and eat a home cooked meal. Also her cookies were divine.

we loved our stay! The house was immaculate, roomy and comfortable! plenty of linens, pots, pans and dishes. The pool was sparkling, too bad we stayed during such a cold time. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and felt very private. It was AMAZING to have washer and dryer on-site, as we were traveling with children. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had and his restaurant suggestions are top notch, he definitely knows what he's talking about. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

We stayed over Christmas while visiting family in town. The location was perfect as it was what was once the rural/country side of Tracy but everything over the years has built up towards this area. You still have the rural country peaceful feel because of the way the properties were developed many years ago with the quick and easy access to everything for shopping and restaurants. It was a perfect location. Private no hassle entrance. Todd is fast to respond and quickly available. This is a 2 bedroom casita with total access without disturbing the main house. Perfect set up. I highly recommend! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you plan on cooking while there. Many places dont have everything you need. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our third time here because we like the location and the relatively quiet surroundings. Home is cozy and the back yard is a great place to sit and have a cocktail.

We stayed with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We got locked out the first night and Jesse responded right away and got us in. There were no issues and we would stay again!

The Airbnb was great. It was very clean. Had a nice small, fenced backyard for dogs. Had all the necessary household kitchen items. The host was responsive via email. Check-in was easy. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The place was exactly like the pictures. It was really nice and cozy and definitely gave plenty of comfort for a much needed little midweek getaway. It was a very pleasant stay

The cottage is a quiet little gem with everything you and your fur babies need when you're away from home.

I would definitely stay again if I ever found myself in need! There’s a corner store about 40 steps away with anything you could possibly need while staying so that was convenient. Also Sree was an excellent host and responded fast to any question we may have. Parking was a little tight but it worked out for us!
