An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. We had an wonderful stay! Palm Springs is fantastic for a chill family vacation and dose of sunshine, but our highlight was this house. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, privacy, and a perfect backyard for hours of entertainment. We had a minor issue with some outdoor lights on the first day, but the hosts were very responsive and this was quickly remedied. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was fantastic for our weekend trip. Michael’s place was extremely clean, looked exactly like the pictures and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and had views that I couldn’t believe. I will definitely be back again!

My friends and I had a great stay at Alek’s Airbnb. Everything was clean, and we especially enjoyed using the warm pool and amazing outdoor space. Great location and neighborhood! It was also convenient having an EV charger. Communication with Alek was great, and he was very responsive. I’d recommend staying here!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Cute and comfy place! Close to everything. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. Note that there is only a mini-fridge in the kitchen and some of the furnishings need a little TLC. But it was a good value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable stay -- convenient to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.

SAFE, CLEAN, Quiet & SLEEPS GREAT. As a solo female traveler, safety is my first concern. I was between work conferences, and Nathalie's casita was the perfect affordable place to stay near Palm Springs. It is SO CLEAN and well stocked. The linens and bedding are high quality, and the bed is fantastic. The extra touches made me feel like I was staying with friends (without the obligation of speaking to anyone!) I did not use the pool but enjoyed reading a book poolside. I walked in the neighborhood for exercise and to the local Juice Bar and grocery store. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance, and I always felt safe. It's a short Uber to downtown Palm Springs and the Tram (buy tickets in advance; it fills up!) My favorite things were the oversized tile shower with rainfall shower, the comfy bed, linens, and towels. Equal or better than Marriott. The entry and exit instructions and Nathalie's good communication are excellent. This is a place to return to again.

5 Stars I had a fantastic stay at Under the Palms! The space was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. Melinda and Rick were thoughtful and communicative hosts—they made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the environment was incredibly relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This really is a great place to stay in Palm Springs - the apartment is lovely, super clean and with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, lovely furniture and linens. The swimming pool and hot tubs are fabulous with a very nice laid back atmosphere. All of the downtown bars and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was serene, spectacularly clean, and incredibly stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and recreational goodies (like yoga mats, coolers, insulated mugs). What a joy! We enjoyed the apartment and the community grounds, quick access to Palm Springs, walking the neighborhood streets, and proximity to markets. Thank you !

I have stayed at the Ocotillo Lodge several times while out in Palm Springs and always enjoy my stay. Ethan’s place is no exception. Clean, easy to access, seamless check in and out, and very kind and responsive host. If you like historic mid century modern architecture, you’ll enjoy your stay. Perfect for one or two visitors. Pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub was very enjoyable under the stars I’ve hardly even seen anyone using either one. It faces the street, so if you’re sensitive to street noise, you can sleep with ear plugs. For me, this wasn’t a problem.

This place is PERFECT! This was our first time in Palm Springs so we were unsure of the area and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to walk to the Convention Center (as this trip was more work related). Many restaurants are nearby as well as nightlife and we felt safe walking around. The spa heats up quickly, living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! The little touches with extra towels, bath robes, blankets, laundry capabilities, extra cleaning supplies and coffe/tea available made it feel even more welcoming. The views are stunning and David was extremely kind and always prompt with responses. There was even flexibility due to late flights - greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Great hosts, clean and comfortable space, centrally located.

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave!
