Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Riverside County

We had an wonderful stay! Palm Springs is fantastic for a chill family vacation and dose of sunshine, but our highlight was this house. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, privacy, and a perfect backyard for hours of entertainment. We had a minor issue with some outdoor lights on the first day, but the hosts were very responsive and this was quickly remedied. Would absolutely stay here again!

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

We booked Barry’s place last minute due to a terrible first AirBnB booking so considering we contacted Barry at 8pm the same night of our stay, he was amazingly responsive and got us in straight away! The place was so perfect and exactly like the photos. The pool / outside area was used daily. The added pool toys and things to do was our highlight! Barry’s place had everything you could ever need to stay for a while or for a short time. I will absolutely be booking this place again! Thanks again for an unforgettable stay. One of the best AirbNb’s we’ve stayed at!

We absolutely loved our stay! Very private place and yard. Walked to downtown Palm everyday. Clean , modern and very cozy. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed here during Coachella festival and it was perfect for our group. 10 min cab to the festival and super close to local restaurants/supermarkets/coffee shops. We loved it!!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Darby is a wonderful and very responsive host. We had a wonderful time at their home. We experience some small issues but they were very quick to help and assist. The kids loved the pool and the game room. They had a great spring break! WiFi was also quick and made it possible for me to work at the same time.

We hosted a performing arts team and were able to have beds for everyone. Easy access into gated community, parking for 8 cars, lots of kitchen gadgets, pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day in 90° desert heat.

Just the weekend away we needed. The place was perfect.

This was our second stay at Jordan's place and it felt like we were arriving back 'home' - such a lovely feeling. The condo was spotlessly clean, we love the location, walking distance to everything in San Clemente. We travelled with two kids and they loved the beach bits. We used the grill for the first time and really enjoyed a couple of meals out on the deck. Highly recommend this place. We'll hope to return again one day. Thank you Jordan for hosting us!

We had a great, short stay at Don’s. Everything was clean and functional. The home is located in a charming Palm Springs neighborhood. Don was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would stay there again.

We needed a place to stay while attending a pickleball tournament and this place was great. It is convenient, clean, spacious and the host was very helpful with requests. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Off street parking is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

Mel was the best host I’ve had! We asked if they had a tea kettle and she quickly amazoned it. The space is great value and the outdoor area is such a treat.

Looks just as pictured and was the perfect spot for me and my three guests. Instructions were clear and we felt safe and right at home! Thank you for a great weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this location. The pool and hot tub were heated and relaxing. It was nice to read a book and chill in the pool area. The sofa was comfortable to lounge on and the bed was comfy and large. The hosts provided plenty of towels (pool and bath), pillows and blankets. During our mid week stay it was very quiet and it was not crowded on the premises.

This place is PERFECT! This was our first time in Palm Springs so we were unsure of the area and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to walk to the Convention Center (as this trip was more work related). Many restaurants are nearby as well as nightlife and we felt safe walking around. The spa heats up quickly, living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need! The little touches with extra towels, bath robes, blankets, laundry capabilities, extra cleaning supplies and coffe/tea available made it feel even more welcoming. The views are stunning and David was extremely kind and always prompt with responses. There was even flexibility due to late flights - greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an enjoyable and stress free stay!

The space was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furniture, plush bedding, and all the amenities we needed for a restful getaway and ready for Coachella weekend!! 🌵🏜️ The attention to detail really stood out from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft towels and quality toiletries, everything was just right. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave! I’ve been on Airbnb a long time and Crystal’s place was by far my favorite stay. The beds were comfortable, the ACs were working well, great bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, we had zero complaints! Plus it was so close to restaurants and shops! Stayed here for Coachella and I will be booking this spot again if we ever go back. Fantastic!!!!
