Cottage vacation rentals in San Jacinto

Lovely little community with wonderful mineral pools, surrounded by majestic mountains. Had a great stay getting away from LA fires.

The place is amazing and the wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend the holiday season. We loved its proximity to everything and it’s quite and peaceful setting. While there we went to the pools and the pickle ball courts which were fantastic and full of friendly people from the community.

We loved our stay and Nel was a fantastic host. Very clean and comfortable.

Place was really awesome when inside. Driving up from the outside you kind of get a weird feeling because you think it’s not what you expected. Once inside and in the backyard you know that it’s just what the pictures showed. Place was really spacious and entertaining for my family and I. The one thing that I would have loved is there’s one room that is attached to a bathroom that is locked from the entrance of the room and the bathroom that would have been awesome if it was available to us because the couch bed is a little old and not that comfortable. Other than that the pool, the slide and the jacuzzi were so much fun. One thing I suggest is maybe bringing your own pest spray because there are a lot of earwigs outside the house and in the house. Overall I would stay here in the future.

Carolyn’s place in Sky Valley was very nice. It was exactly as described. Located directly across from the east side pools. The sunny California room was the extra space to make this home not feel so roomy. Great amenities for all the cooking you want to do.

Cute cabin. Great host. Good location. Close to moonridge parking lot. This is however a lot that is used once others are full. So if you want to go early you will still have to drive to another parking lot.

Amazing stay and highly recommend! The animals are so nice and friendly and are welcome sights to see leaving and coming back to the property. A fun drive to get to the location, but this stay truly was fantastic. Good location for Fallbrook + Temecula Wine Country!

I had a fantastic stay at Elena’s property! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The space is private, cozy, and conveniently located near everything. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, and the surrounding views were absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to visit again!

This is our second year spending Thanksgiving at Emmett’s Place. There was surprisingly little traffic on the ride up to Big Bear, so Emmett let us check in hours early. Emmett is a responsive, proactive, and friendly host, whose house and furnishings are attractive and very comfortable. My dog loved the fenced-in yard. My adult daughter and I had the best, most relaxing time. Our favorite place in Big Bear is inside Emmett’s house.

Leticia's place was comfortable to stay at, would defiantly stay again if I was in the area.. the absolute only thing I would recommend is new pillows EVERYTHING else was extremely wonderful. Clean home with everything you would need as if it was your own home, nice front and back yard with beautiful succulents under the covered patio..

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home. Our family absolutely loves it! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The home is well-stocked and stylish. The location is beautiful and convenient. We’ve made a lot of good memories here and will be back in the future.

We stayed here during a very stressful time when we displaced with our pets. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating when we had to extend our stay a day at a time and then check out late as we waited to be able to go home. We so appreciated having somewhere comfortable and safe to stay with our babies!

We were very glad to connect with Colette for the first time. We were happy to get the dates we wanted. Colette gave lots of instructions about her place and more info about the Resort. Colette's place is located right by a lake in a beautiful setting. There are lots of ducks to entertain you. Her place was very comfortable inside and had a covered outside patio. We had brought along our usual kitchen items but also appreciated being able to use some of her kitchen supplies. Our bed was king size and very comfortable but made it a little tight to move around the room. We appreciated the Arizona room on the side of the house to keep our extra belongings and to have use of the washer and dryer. Much appreciated. We loved the many pools close by and a 5 minute walk got you in the pools. We had some trouble navigating the TV systems, perhaps due to previous guests, but we informed Collette and she said she would look into it. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great rustic cabin feel, loved the decor! The hill in the back was just perfect for our kids to play on and sled down, ages 3-12. They enjoyed the game room as well, especially the small “ karaoke machine” haha. The house heater worked great but there were lots of warm blankets too. We sat out on the back deck after clearing snow and enjoyed the fire pit. It was awesome that Rob and Nancy had an extra propane tank on top of the fire pit and BBQ tanks. Not a high traffic area, very peaceful.

Honestly, would have stayed longer if we could have!!! We are already planning our next trip back. It was the perfect location for everything we needed but still felt like a serene getaway. The space felt bigger then it actually was and was so clean! Highly recommend and we will be back!!!!

This place is clean, comfortable and a great base for exploring the Palm Springs and Joshua Tree areas. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is great. Everything was exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

Ivan provided clear and easy instructions on how to find the location. He was very flexible with my last minute changes as well. I highly recommend his place for anyone looking for a great host to stay with.

Petra and Anna, thank you for sharing this beautiful place, inside and outside. The place was just as pictured and even better. We had everything we needed for our stay of almost two weeks. The directions were easy to follow for location and check-in. It made for a wonderful vacation. Rosie’s place was very comfortable very peaceful great area very quiet very clean and she was very responsive through text and through Airbnb app The best part of this place is the location very very quiet and peaceful, and it’s in the wild

I always enjoy staying here. This is probably my 4th or 5th time staying here. There is parking right in front of the Casita, the location has good lighting for safety and arrival after dark. Stacy had festive decorations for Valentines Day with an electric sign welcoming me back again, and there are so many extras like filtered ice water, and other kitchen and bathroom items. There is computer and phone chargers, extra plug outlets, wash cloths for removing make-up, and plenty of them, nice bath towels, snacks, etc. When I walked into the Casita I told her I would arrive late, and the lights were on with soft music playing, and a nice fragrant candle burning. You can't make a mistake picking this place, it's convenient a comfortable.

We arrived very late to this location. Pamela and Neil went above and beyond creating signs and putting on extra lights so we could find our way. The property is exactly as described. Pamela and Neil are warm welcoming and friendly. Beautiful spot and the outdoor shower was actually very delightful! Loved our stay!
