Cottage vacation rentals in San Fernando Valley

This is our 3rd time staying at Joseph & Kelly’s place! It is always a pleasure! They make you feel right at home and are willing to help with any need! We love this place and plan to return very soon!

The Carriage house is locate on a fabulous property. You will enjoy your visit. If you have a dog the dog will enjoy the giant lawn in front of the carriage house. The grounds around the carriage house are beautiful. I will stay in Pasadena many times in the future and hope I will be lucky enough to enjoy the carriage house. The Carriage house has a microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. It also has a large screen TV.

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

The cottage style room was very beautiful. Checking in was easy as possible with no problems at all. Everything was as is and amazing. Seeing the beautiful garden through the windows every morning was a treat! I would definitely stay again!

This place is so beautiful, quiet, secluded and magical! It's about 12 minutes drive from the town of Pearblossom which is very small. It's a small gates area with only a few houses around, but we havn't seen anyone while we stayed there. It's 9 minutes walk from a natural park called "the devil's punch bowl" where you can hike and climb on rocks. We enjoyed it very much with our kids and dog. The house is great! It has lots of bedrooms and beds, fully stocked kitchen (very old appliances but they work), 2 fireplaces, many TV's, awesome play room and a wonderful Jacuzzi (strong jets). We spent time hiking, bathing, playing pool, watching movies and eating. This is a perfect place to check out from the world and enjoy family time. I will also mention that if you go outside early, you will see a few dears! There's a grocery store about 12 minutes drive, we brought a lot of food with us. Wonderful experience!

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

Wonderful stay. Wanted to get away from LA and have a nature focused time with my dogs. Felt right at home. Perfect little cabin!!

Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

This was an incredible Airbnb! It’s secluded and has an amazing view of the sea right from the bed. If you want to explore the beach, you can just head to the entrance just a few houses over. We even saw dolphins during our walks on the beach!Darryl was also a wonderful and gracious host. He had thoughtfully left out some snacks for us for our arrival, and checked in with us throughout the trip. The fridge was also stocked with condiments so we didn’t need to buy any of those ourselves.

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

Tobias was a great host and the property was a whimsical antiquated cottage in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Easy access to the trails and mountains.

Rooms are somewhat small but the cottage is charming, very homey, and quite comfortable. It had all we needed. We will want to visit again. The outside common area and chickens were a big hit with our grandkids when they came for a visit. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. Kristen was a great host.

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

Citrus Cottage was what I was hoping for and more. The location was perfect for a visit with our Chapman student, very easy to get to campus and to the Orange Circle, plus it felt private and very safe. Christina and Daniel were very friendly and helpful, so many extra touches. The house was just as pictured and the backyard area was amazing, we enjoyed many hours in the sun in the private area behind the cottage. We loved being there and cannot wait to return. Thank you Christina and Daniel for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

Nice little cottage in a nice neighborhood in a nice town. Very friendly hosts and a very well-maintained cottage. Great stay.

Had a great stay here for a business trip!

This was a lovely staycation to get rest after I had a recent surgery - wonderful location and walking distance to great cafes, food, and many things. Parking is super easy which isn't a given for beach towns and Redondo especially. The hosts are responsive and helpful and had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend! Thank you again.

Kind hosts. Thoughtful. The space aligned with my whole being perfectly. Clean. Spacious. Big door windows, spaces outside to relax, meditate, eat, daydream. All appliances worked. A solid workspace. I was escaping home renovations and had a lot of consulting work to do during my stay. It was the perfect accommodation for my needs. And the view reminded me of childhood in LA. You won’t go wrong with this place.

A very modern and private guest house! Joel provided very clear and detailed instructions regarding location on maps, Check in/check out , WiFi, and parking as well as recommendations.Upon arrival check in was super easy! Very clean and spotless! Location was also a big plus! Highly recommend!!

Chuck and Adrian were a great host. They were very easy to communicate and provided clear instructions. We absolutely loved the cottage - a very charming cottage in the Studio Village.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The house is wonderful and super cozy. It had all we needed. The host was very communicative and promptly fixed the hot water issue in the bathroom even though it was late. The neighborhood is clean.
