Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in San Fernando Valley

The pictures doesn't do the house any justice it was more modern and cozy but most of all welcoming it felt like home! The best part to me the beds!! Nothing better than a cozy comfy Clean bed 😌 💕 ✨️ ☺️ No Complaints most definitely will return 😊 a hidden gem 10 points for the host!!!

Nice cozy house great space nice patio and garage for parking with two washers and two dryers. I don’t think I could ask for anything more. I’m native to the area and to be able to rent down the street from where I lived with all the amenities that I received at this location is priceless. This area is very pricey and he is conveniently located less than a minute from the boardwalk and less than a minute from the water, all you have to do is go across the street. He is very responsive and helpful. There are plenty of eateries, restaurants bars, etc. in the area all walking distance which is very important for Marina del Rey and Venice Beach because there’s no parking anywhere.

Our family gathering at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The home was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was ideal for our group, with plenty of areas for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware necessary for preparing family meals, and we loved the outdoor space for games and gatherings. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our family Christmas, and we look forward to returning in the future!"

We truly loved staying at this comfortable house. We've stay at Airbnb's at least a few times a year for many years, and this was the most thoughtfully appointed and well-supplied home we have ever stayed in. The instructions and communication are top notch, and the family members we spoke with were great. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating and storage. (hooks!) The location made commutes to our appointments and family visits all over LA and Orange County easy. Then we were really glad to be back at the house relaxing. We loved walking around this nice quiet residential neighborhood that also had markets, street food, dog park restaurants and ocean front. Of note, we also drove an EV down and really appreciated being able to park it in the garage and trickle charge, which was all we needed. There are public chargers in the Junipero beach parking lot a walkable distance away, but we never needed one.

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

Loved our stay! The location is amazing and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops while still being very quiet and feeling private. The home is very comfortable with very comfortable beds and sheets. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great spot in a vibrant and super walkable neighborhood in the heart of Venice. The house is comfortable and well-equipped and team was super responsive. I won't hesitate to return next time I'm in the area!

Our stay was amazing, hosts were nothing but helpful! It got cold during our weekend in LA and the hosts brought us space heaters and really gave above and beyond customer service! Also, my friends and I are RAVING about the bed. Extremely comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! The bed was massive and could easily fit 3 people, but I used the pull out couch while my 2 friends took the bed, and even the pull out couch was comfy, and I would open the window shades at night to look out over the town and see the mountains when I wake up. We loved our stay!! Safe neighborhood also. No cons at all. Thank you Shannon and Raphael!

Incredible studio style property right on PCH with ocean views. Impeccably appointed. The bougie toilet is a surprise highlight. 😂 Loved my stay here. Definitely coming back.

Communication was in a timely manner and the property was very clean upon arrival! Great place to stay to listen to the waves crashing and have a relaxing weekend! Would highly recommend!!

Very interesting location in the hills above Echo Park. Very centrally located to DTLA, Dodgers stadium, etc. very responsive and welcoming hosts.
