Beach condo vacation rentals in San Diego

We appreciated this condo for our family of four. We walked to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again.

If you are looking for a beautiful Oceanside stay, Andy’s place is perfect! The pictures in the description do not capture the pure beauty of the grounds and beach. It is peaceful and beautiful. You are literally steps to the beach. The hot tub was amazing and very private for being shared. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It is close to several dining spots. Andy made sure you had everything you needed. I was very happy with our stay! When our family visits Oceanside again I will always book here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

I will definitely stay here again, it’s really the best location, right on the beach, not far from the pier and the harbor. Restaurants nearby. The pool is giant, so is the hot tub. The host was very friendly and responsive. It was a really nice place.

Very nice location next to the beach, you can sit on the balcony and see the ocean right there! Bed was comfortable, condo was nice and clean and great for families. The pool and all the outside included amenities were outstanding!

the penthouse was on the third floor which gave us a great View it was comfortable and clean and easy to find and easy to check in and out. the amenities were fantastic and the beach was beautiful. did not want to leave and come home to Arizona. wished I had stayed a whole week instead of four nights. Brenda was very responsive and very nice to deal with. want to come back next year for sure

The place was spotless! Looks exactly like the photos. The location was perfect. We came for the Ironman race is it was just where we needed to be. The bed is very soft, so that depends on your preferences.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

Great location. Kids got a day at the beach. Zoo was about 15 minutes away and sea world (I would have skipped) was 5 minutes away. Wednesday night ocean beach has a farmers market about 3/4 of a mile away. we walked down and we found delicious food for dinner, fresh produce, clothing and art. it was awesome. would highly recommend blue water seafood, you can either walk down the beach or on the sidewalks to get there and Benedict's for breakfast( it's so close and delicious we went there twice. pro tip--if your stay is for a few days or longer walmart will deliver groceries. if we ever return to San Diego this will be the place we will stay!

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

Great stay at Glenna's place on Mission Bay. It's a spacious apartment, incredibly well equipped. With kids there was everything. The Garage is perfect to not stress about parking. Walk right out onto the bay, walk two blocks and be on the oceanside. Good food and coffee locations, playground across the street. Strongly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

Perfect location whether you are active or inactive. My 84 yr old husband and I were grateful for the elevator and the amazing views from anywhere in the Condo. He could sit on the couch & watch the surfing schools, the families on the beach & those strolling along the cement pathway below, while I could get out & strech my legs & be part of the beach scene. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even for my husband who used a cane. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in for some meals. Gated parking & elevator are game changers for anyone wanting to enjoy this area! Perfect for families or old folks like us! Host is an amazing, communicator with helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Amazing stay at ocean front with wonderful, long walkable sandy, clean beach bellow. The location is amazing, short drive to variety of restaurants. Having well equipped kitchen in this spacious, comfortable condo was wonderful. We loved to watch sunset, relaxed and comfy on the private porch. The owner was very responsive and helpful, addressing all of our needs. It was a memorable stay and we are looking forward to be back.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

Warren is a great host, he was responsive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is beautiful and clean, he has his own streaming services on the TV, kitchen full of utensils, walking distance to the beach, and there’s bikes and beach equipment you can use. We started out on the wrong foot for our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not been and the house was not ready for us. Once I notified the owners they quickly found us another close by unit to stay for night and were wonderfully responsive. Very much appreciated as it was after dark and we had sleepy kiddos. We returned to the house the next day and overall enjoyed our trip very much. Close to lots of great food and beaches. It's easy to be a good host when everything goes off without a hitch much harder when the unexpected happens. Highly recommend!

We love coming to Oceanside and staying in this condo. This is our fourth year here. We love the location, and the comfort of the home. The kitchen has everything we need to cook meals, though we eat out often at the many wonderful restaurants that are so near. We hope to stay here again soon!
