Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Ruth’s place was the perfect place while we spent time with family during the holidays. Nice and big, the gym and ping pong/pool table were great additions, the kitchen was nicely upgraded, modern countertops and appliances that overlooked the beautiful pool backyard. The dogs absolutely loved the space! Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were able to decompress from a long road trip as if we were right at home. Ruth was very proactive in her communications, and even left a sweet note and a bottle of wine as a greeting gift. Which was very thoughtful and sweet of her. She was an amazing host! We would absolutely choose her home again for another stay.

We had to stay in an Airbnb because of construction on your current home. We were hoping to find a place that provided a bit of a stay vacation. And this place delivered!! We absolutely LOVED this house! Both my husband and I work from home and this was the perfect place. We also had our toddler that enjoyed the outdoor spaces along with all the walking and trails around the house. plus we were only a couple minutes walk from Fox Point Farm. Our stay was an absolute dream!

Very nice cozy condo in a nice area outside of the beach fray. I liked the secure underground park spot and the keyless entry system. Of course our dog felt right at home after a couple hours. The only thing I would add is a kuerig coffee system would be great and a towel rack in the bathroom. The balcony is very nice as well. Nice and quiet.

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful house with an amazing view. Located on a hill, we were able to relax on the balcony while enjoying the sunrise, sunset, and stunning evening skies. The indoor jacuzzi with its large windows was also excellent. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and communication with the host was quick and smooth. There’s also a peaceful and beautiful hiking trail behind the house. We would love to stay here again.

The place is so beautiful - from the house itself to the awesome view. Being able to sit out in the hot tub that looks out over the mountain range was fantastic. The place is very spacious while still being cozy and inviting. Deanna was very friendly and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again!

As many others mentioned the pool and back yard area are phenomenal. There are so many cute sitting areas, I didn't even use them all. We brought our own floaties and pool toys, but probably didn't need to as there were plenty there. FYI you can not heat the pool and hot tub at the same time, or at least we couldn't figure out how. The hot tub does heat quickly though. The house looked just like the pictures! The house is a split level. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bath upstairs. The dining, kitchen and living on the main level. The bar room with Murphy bed and tiny bathroom downstairs. I loved all the unique decorations, plants and glasswear. It took 10-15 minutes to get to the beach, depending on the route and traffic. I would have loved more recommendations on where to eat, souvenir shop or places to visit, but we managed. Bethany was quick to respond and fix our only concern (the igniter stopped working on the oven).

Our family of 7 felt right at home when we walked in the door! Plenty of space for all of us, both inside and outside. It was super convenient for us to cook meals at the house, and especially with the well equipped kitchen with all of the amenities. After our day excursions, it was wonderful to come back and soak in the hot tub. Such a peaceful way to end the day! Both Nick and Amy were very helpful and proactive to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this wonderful home, and hope to come back again soon!
