Exactly as indicated. Plenty of space, well organized. Check in / out simple enough. Kitchen fully stocked with every necessity. Great value!

This place was a dream! The guest house was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything you could need and more. Joe was amazing from start to finish! The pool is like a resort. So private and peaceful, we spend most of our time outdoors. I would highly recommend this property and will for sure be coming back again!

Everything was lovely. My only recommendation would be not to have the air freshener plug-ins because many people have allergies maybe just supply them if we would like to put them in the place was very lovely very lovely and peaceful neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We are avid travelers and this gorgeous home absolutely exceeded our expectations!!!! The pictures don't do it justice in the best way. They have thought of everything. It's artful, special, tucked away and plenty to do and explore. Bocce, swimming, star gazing, fire pit, music, games, grilling...!! We will be back for sure. Don't miss your chance to stay here. Unexpected!!!!

Very nice place, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Outdoor space was very nice. It was close to the airport and not far from Disneyland which was part of our reasons to visit. We also visited Huntington Beach which was less than an hour from this home. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

The property itself is absolutely five-star—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Every inch of the space was perfect for our family and made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable trip. While the surrounding neighborhood was a bit unfamiliar and not quite what we expected for a family getaway, the home itself more than made up for it. Once inside, we felt right at home and completely at ease. Highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, amenities, and spacious layout—just be mindful of the area if you're unfamiliar with San Bernardino. Thank you

Was a very beautiful house. Very inviting , wonderful place to hang out and be outside. Loved the bbq and pool , very spacious outside. Home was nice , large kitchen and rooms were very comfortable. Thanks to Tanner and everybody that made are stay very enjoyable. Would definitely do it again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very pleased with our stay here! This rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway to the desert! The outdoor space is quiet and super-private. We never saw or heard any neighbors, but watched hummingbirds spar overhead as we lounged by the pool. The pool is clean and perfect for floating all afternoon, looking out at the mountains. The spa is a great way to relax under the stars after dinner. The location was great. Close enough to downtown to be a quick drive when hot, or a reasonable stroll when it's cooler. And I appreciated being able to talk an early morning jog around the area. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it's a light, airy, and comfortable space. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts and their assistant was friendly, transparent, and proactive. Very nice people! We will gladly rent this place again when we return to PS for a desert getaway! Highly recommended!

Shant was a great host, answered messages instantly! His place was perfect for our stay in LA, very spacious and clean and really well appointed! It was great to have a parking space as we had our car and had to drive a lot while we were there. Only hiccup was the parking garage key but we worked around it. Couple things to note, the parking garage is in a different building across the street. And the bedroom is not completely sealed from the rest of the apartment. It was no issue for us but others may want to note.

Had a convention to attend and this place was a great alternative to a hotel. Very private and a quiet building although there was some street noise, as one would expect in a downtown location. It was an easy walk to the convention center, the grocery store, and the historic/museum district. 24-hour security helped me feel safe as a solo traveler. The rooftop pool area was a total bonus, great views and a chill vibe. Peter and his team were very responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. I would stay here again and recommend the place to anyone who needs to be in DTLA.

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Very enjoyed our stay. Very spacious Air BnB with all necessities available. Friendly staff. Large heated pool. Located in a quiet neighborhood and was about half an hour walk to Down Town Palm Springs.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic place to stay, helpful instructions from the host, impeccably clean and a perfect location for us, as we wanted to be able to visit both LA and San Diego so being between the two made it so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay around orange!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

I couldn’t have asked for a better rental for our girls trip. All 7 of us were so comfortable with how spacious the house is and the privacy in the back yard. Also, all of the colorful touches and decor are amazing! We thought we were going to go out and about, but we just stayed and enjoyed the beautiful getaway that Patrick has created at this property. My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Lisa’s Glassell Park home while my sister was in town visiting. This is the neighborhood I live in (3 min drive away!) so it was an exciting staycation. Lisa’s back house is beautifully designed, comfortable and spacious. Perfect homebase for my sister’s time in LA. Easily would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was incredibly spacious for our group of six, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities were excellent, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. The location was also convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The only minor issue was that it was a bit challenging to cool down the main house with the A/C. That said, the host was amazingly accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely recommend!

Gina's house was a great place to host our friend getaway for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and 5 of us shared the house. Everything about the house matched how it was advertised, with the pool being the biggest highlight. In between our wedding plans, we spent virtually every waking minute at the pool and it was lovely. The backyard feels like your own little private getaway. There are privacy fences around the entire perimeter, but then additional shrubs/trees that make you feel even more confined in the space. We felt like we were totally alone back there and we really loved that. The place is walkable to a handful of coffee places/restaurants/etc, and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about any place in Pasadena. Gina was helpful, responsive, proactive in reaching out/sending check-in instructions, etc. We had a great time and would stay again!!
