Villa Lujosa decorada vibra "Tulum" con acabados y muebles de lujo. Perfecta para unas vacaciones frente al mar Disfruta la terraza y una pequeña piscina para refrescarte saliendo del mar. Duerme la siesta en una hamaca con una espectacular vista desde la habitación principal y disfruta el sonido de la naturaleza. No cobramos energía eléctrica y tenemos generador de energía para emergencias, así que nunca te quedaras sin energía y sin aire acondicionado, que por cierto tenemos en todos lados :)

Casa Mariposa is located right on the beach and a short walk to the village square of Chuburna Puerto. Your back door is the ocean (literally you open your private beach door and step on to the sand), private outdoor living in the front courtyard with a pool, barbecue and stairs to your own guest casita. The Main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath the other bath is accessed outside in the bodega next to the pool and casita. Swim in the warm ocean, float in the pool and fall asleep to the waves.

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

Juan was amazing, always very helpful and accommodated us much more than he had to. The house was ready early, so he let us check-in in the morning. We didn’t fly til 8 so he let us stay until 4 instead of being in limbo..Keys in the lockbox, and house was amazing! Open the double patio doors and there is the pool and the beach.. pelicans diving, fish jumping, fishermen netting.. nice long beach to walk to the right. OXXO and Seven around the corner. 20 pesos to town for fruit markets, groceries, restaurants and liquor. We enjoyed our stay very much. The washer quit one day and Juan came to pick it up, am had it fixed and returned in a couple of days. Always quick response and very helpful.. would stay again for sure!

Casa Mar Azul was the perfect getaway for our stay in Chicxulub Puerto. The outdoor layout is truly special, with so many cozy and comfortable spots to relax, whether you want to soak up the sun, lounge in the shade, or enjoy the beautiful beachfront view. The pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to cool off after a day in the sun. The house is on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything you need. Inside, it was very clean and had more than enough for us to be comfortable. While it’s not the most modern home, that didn’t take away from our experience at all. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook meals and feel at home. Like many homes in this area, ants are present, so it’s a good idea to bring a sealed container for food storage. It’s just part of being in this beautiful beachside environment, and with a little preparation, it’s no issue at all.

The host Alex and his wife hosted us very well. We were immediately charmed by the outdoor living space including the pool and the ocean at our feet. The interior was also very good and decorated in a modern style. The kitchen open to the dining room and living room were much appreciated and the large patio doors gave us beautiful lighting and stunning ocean views. The rooms were large but be advised that the beds are small (double) but comfortable. Points to consider: if you book on the weekend, expect to be surrounded by neighbors who come to party at their "chalet" and compete for the loudest music. Nothing relaxing or pleasant. During the week, on the other hand, it's quiet and pleasant. There were small spiders on the kitchen counter and we couldn't stand having them in our food. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it, car required.

I loved the place, literal you don't need anything in the depa to feel at home, it has everything to cook, towels for beach, row, chairs and umbrella for playa, the depa is super comfortable, it is very quiet, you have a super 6 and an oxxo in front, supermarkets 10 min, you have no problem getting Uber or Didi. I would definitely come back :)
