Monthly Rentals in San Benancio

Stayed at Michelle's place for 3 nights with my wife and two boys (4 and 6), no complaints at all. The house is quaint in a quiet location, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed (coffee, appliances to cook etc). Only quirk is the central heating, i.e. some rooms will get much warmer than others, but we adjusted to that without issues.

House was perfect. Kids loved the backyard and layout was great. House was about 20 mins to everything we wanted to do. Would return.

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa. She is a kind, friendly, honest, & thoughtful Host. She was extremely responsive & and an EXCELLENT communicator! Everything was as advertised, & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I loved the privacy and peacefulness. I will DEFINITELY be back! Don’t hesitate to book this one, you won’t be disappointed.

The apartment is incredibly cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It's located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Rick and Will are extremely attentive, always available, super kind, and very helpful. I lacked nothing during my stay. You also have your own parking space right in front of the door, a private bathroom, and access to the shared pool. There are several shops within easy walking distance, and places like Montery, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, the Aquarium, Carmel, and Pacific Grove are just a few minutes away by car. The area is also a little bit less affected by coastal fog, and I had plenty of sunshine during my stay, which I really enjoyed. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends. I hope to return again soon!
