Monthly Rentals in San Ardo

This was our second time staying at this cottage & it's the same as it was on our previous stay. Location is the best! We walked to the restaurants for dinner since they were close by. Having a parking spot in the alley was key to have since the Christmas parade filled the streets one night. Last time we came during the summer where the ac units were used & this time we used the heaters. The place was at a comfortable temperature at both times. Our dog was very pleased with the fenced in patio. This is definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting it's available.

Martha’s place is wonderful place to stay and conveniently located near several points of interest in the Central Valley. My husband and I found it was the perfect place to rest before and after our day excursions to Pinnacles National Park. The space had everything we needed and Martha was a wonderful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place was exactly as described. It was cold when we first arrived but Teresa worked hard to get the heat going. After that, no problems at all.

Janis was such a gracious host and the cottage was absolutely perfect for my business trip in Paso Robles. Excellent location to downtown, restaurants and wineries. The cottage was perfect. It had all the amenities that I needed with an extremely comfy bed. The full kitchen was ideal for cooking meals and enjoying the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Safe and quiet location as well! Would absolutely return! 10/10
