Spacious and cozy space, with suffieincite light and ventilation, kitchen with all the utilensilios perfect for cooking. Excellent hot water temperature, what I loved most is that from my arrival everything was very clean and the service from the host was excellent since my arrival any doubt was always instantly resolved. My pet and I are very happy to stay with Romy. Great recommendation

This unit looks exactly like the photos. Stove, coffee maker, plumbing, purified water all work fine. As described, it is a 8-10 minute cab ride (~100-120MXN pesos) from the city center. It is roughly 12-15 minutes from the airport. Approx. 300 MXN pesos. The neighborhood around the unit was safe enough to walk alone. Even the stray dogs were friendly. There are 2 laundromats on the street, one is directly across from the unit. Convenience stores, small groceries, and tortilla lady within 2 block walk. There is a lot of external noise; construction noise, roving paleteras and barking dogs, but the unit itself is quiet. The unit is very affordable for what you get in return. If you were to stay in El Centro, prepare to pay 10X as much. The host is very responsive and brought us a basket of fruit. 100% recommend.

Manuel and his parent’s are wonderful hosts! Manuel is very responsive, helpful and considerate. The apartment is small, clean and comfortable. It had the amenities that I was looking for and a lovely little courtyard. It was perfect for me as it was in close proximity to a friend’s place that I was visiting, near a number of stores, a bakery and a market where I was able to purchase groceries for my stay. The neighborhood is just outside of the bustle of Centro which was appealing for me. I didn’t mind walking down and back and often took the bus, which is very close, to get around. It’s a gem and I would choose to stay here again the next time I visit- if it’s available! Thank you, Manuel. 🙂

Antonio is a great person and very nice in communication. The place is very nice, clean, spacious. Quiet area, about 20-25 min walk to the Oaxaca city center. A bit further away from tourist area, but still walkable. The area felt safe, I walked at night numerous times. There is also a grocery store Six open until late (12 am?) in 1 min walk. Overall highly recommend and thank you very much!
