What a stunning little place. The cottage was cosy and immaculately clean. Alison was super welcoming and imparted lots of knowledge on the local area, including tips for getting around easily. We had a frequent visitor in Bramble the cat who is sooo friendly and fussy 🐈‍⬛️🤎🖤 Comfy, warm, cosy, clean, cats....perfect! Thank you Alison x

We had a fantastic stay at Penn Barn. The barn is very tastefully furnished and comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. It is set in a beautiful location, with fantastic views from the sitting room, kitchen and patio overlooking the river. Whilst tight, you can get a good-sized car in the parking space. Kate was very helpful, with clear instructions and kind flexibility about check-in. We really enjoyed our time in Lerryn and will definitely look to book to stay at Penn Barn again.

Enjoyed a relaxing few days in this beautiful cosy cottage situated in a very quiet and tranquil village on the banks of the River Fowey. Chris had thought of everything to make our stay easy and welcoming with lots of little extra touches including the log fire being ready to light on our arrival and unlimited logs available for us to use. Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for our need for relaxation. Chris is an excellent host- information both before and during our stay was excellent and very quick to respond to my enquiries. One of the best places we have stayed in. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Little Wooda is ideal for a quiet and peaceful break and for two people it is surprisingly spacious. Very well equipped and ample space for car. Liz is very helpful and available if required. As an older couple we managed very well even if the bed was a bit low (for us) and the Shower room compact. Liz did query this with us before confirming booking but the photos are very accurate and reasurred us. Lerryn is a lovely village but does flood by the River apparently on a monthly basis. The Ship Inn is excellent for its food and real ale. Be aware that many of the roads around there are country single lanes with passing places, so plenty of patience required. Altogether we had a lovely stay, thank you Liz.
