Villa vacation rentals in Saint Paul de Vence

We have had a wonderful holiday at Villa Carpe Diem. This is a great property for a large number. We were 8 people and a baby. The property is well equipped and spacious. The swimming pool and games room were particularly good. We had a problem with water while we were there, nothing to do with the owners, but sorted out very well by Elizabeth (property manager) and her husband. Would have liked a bar a little nearer, but there were a few restaurants and an excellent bus service to Cannes.

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Excellent stay for a big group of friends and perfect to stay in for few days as the place has lots to offer! Great variety of equipments, board games, pool, ping pong and more! Cannot have enough of this!

Very nice stay in a beautiful location. The house is very pleasant to live in, very functional and tastefully decorated. The bedding is of quality and the A/C in the bedrooms does the greatest good. The terrace with the superb lake view allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather, feet in the pool, and spend good times with friends at the table (the view at night of the lit villages in the distance gives a very exotic mountain air!!!). What a positive thing, we highly recommend.

This was the perfect holiday home for us, would love to go back here! There is everything you need and a little more. A gorgeous view, great pool area and garden. The house is cozy, clean and organized. It is a must with a rental car as there is no public transport in the area. the host responds quickly if there was anything and we felt very welcome again at check out. would definitely recommend this resort!

Simona and Demostene's have a beautiful villa in a beautiful and serene location! It helped make our stay in Nice memorable. This has got to be one of my best Airbnb experiences. Simona was such a wonderful and warm host and made sure that we had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. This was a great stay. The villa is in a fantastic location: the charming neighborhood of Palm Beach. It is proximate to many great beaches and a short walk into Cannes proper. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Amidst many positives, there are two watchouts to be aware of: 1. While there is a beautiful deck and outdoor space, the mosquitos are rampant. It seemed no amount of bug spray or citronella would limit their reign of terror. 2. While there is a pool, there is no ramp, ladder, or steps. This means to get in, you must jump or slide in, and equally to get out you need to push yourself up. The difficult access made it challenging to take my 1 year old daughter swimming. All of that said, it was a great stay and I would certainly go back!

We had an amazing stay at Alexander's villa. The house is spacious, cosy, very well furbished, every room has its own bathroom and AC. There is a big terrasse with an amazing view to the sea. The beds were very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and very nicely arranged, with a nice swimming pool. Our hosts we're the nicest, most helpful and generous people we've met. They were very responsive with every request we had, and brought us anything we needed right away. Super recommended and we would come back any time. Thanks a lot for everything Ingrid and Stefan

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa! Great for families and couples (we were 6 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler), and with all the amenities you could ask for. The place was exactly as described and the interaction with the hosts Jennifer & Ruedi was so friendly and welcoming! You notice that they live in the house the rest of the year, because every detail is thought of in the house and thus made it really feel like home. Thanks again!!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

Perfect stay in the most beautiful surroundings. Lovely house, and a lovely pool area with outdoor kitchen, where nothing was missing. Would definitely recommend Claude's place to others.

We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We will go back with great pleasure. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

We had a great time with the family. The house is very nice, well maintained, spacious and functional, In addition, we found on site all the useful and necessary amenities for our stay: bed linen, towels and linens, as well as all the cleaning products. The environment is also very pleasant and invites you to relax. We'll be happy to go back!

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

We had a lovely stay. The house is very free and overlooks green hills with the sea in the distance. The house is spacious and cozy. Everything is available. Good beds. Beautiful large swimming pool. Everything well cared for, neat and clean. Infinitely much to do in the surrounding areas. It was top notch!
