Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and was always responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit neglected, with a little care the accommodation would really become a little gem. Be careful if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case longer than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a bit tight and requires some maneuvering to get in/out. It might be a problem to have room to maneuver if the parking lot is full.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jean’s apartment. The location was perfect—a five minute walk to the beach, easy to reach from the airport and many shops nearby. The building manager was very easy to reach before we arrived and she made our check in quick and simple. The apartment was clean, quiet, spacious and had all of the necessary amenities. Overall, it was very comfortable and we felt at home during our short stay. We can’t wait to return! Merci Jean et Mélodie!

Great stay at Walid's with amazing views and exceptional breakfast in a remarkable site; less than 10 minutes' walk from the lake for beautiful swimming! A place to remember.

Very friendly hosts and a nice property with lots of greenery and a big pool. Location is very quit and the drive up to the village is very curvy. Nala (their dog) and Daico (the neighbor‘s bog) are very cute :), the apartment has everything you need.

We stayed for 10 days with two families including 4 young children and had a great time! There was enough room for the kids to play, the terrace could also be used to play and access to the pool was only possible when an adult helped. Speaking of the pool, we were pondering before we booked regarding general child safety, but were so glad we had a pool our entire stay. We used it basically everyday and the kids loved it. Sylvain was always helpful and available when we had a question. We would definitely recommend him as a host and the house and would book it again :)

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.

Nice apartment, great location. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!
