Great location, great views! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to everything and right in town. 2 blocks from the train station! The place was very clean and very safe. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

We had an amazing 4-night stay in Menton! The apartment offered an incredible view that we couldn’t get enough of, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic, though it’s worth noting there’s a bit of a walk up the hill to get back. The apartment itself was equipped with top-brand white goods, and we especially loved the Miele coffee machine, which made the best coffee we've had in a long time. The underground parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go without worrying about street parking. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome bottle of bubbles and snacks, which made us feel right at home. Our only small critique would be that for 3 guests and 4 nights, only 2 rolls of toilet tissue were provided, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place in Menton! We had a wonderful stay. The host is super kind and very responsive. The apartment modern, clean and impeccable. Fully equipped with anything you may need. You can walk anywhere to Monaco from there. Highly recommended!

Very nice house close to center of a beautiful village.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Rose's place! They were the nicest couple and most welcoming hosts, providing us with videos and instructions before arrival and going over everything during check-in. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by beautifully designed garden with amazing views. We loved strolling through the peaceful landscape and relaxing by the pool. The kitchen was a highlight, with all the beautiful dishes that made every meal special and cooking a joy. The location was perfect – quiet, private and peaceful, yet just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and close to the airport. Day trips to Nice, Monaco, and Cannes were easy. The hosts even left us thoughtful gifts, including wine from their personal cellar! We highly recommend their place and look forward to staying again if we're ever back in the region.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

This house is stunning and the views are gorgeous. The outside areas are so well equipped and well thought out. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Jesper was so quick to respond and helpful with any queries we had and providing information. Definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

When we arrived I found it tricky to find and access the lockbox (purely user error on my part) but Dominik was in touch quickly and talked me through it. Having somewhere to park is superb. The apartment is lovely, old French and exactly as described on Airbnb. We went in knowing there is no air conditioning but it got very hot and I asked Dominik for a fan, which he promptly gave us. The views are amazing and the patio is too. Great location, very close to the centre of Menton, just be prepared for steep streets! The only negative thing I could say is that the apartment needs more dinner plates. Would highly recommend it to anyone going to Menton and the hosts are superb.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Well equipped flat in the center of St.Aygulf. Lovely balkony where you can enjoy the sunsets. You have everything you need for a summer holiday, reachable in 5min by car. Very good spot to spend your holidays.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.
