The house is absolutely gorgeous, great for a group or family. Althought it was already mid October, the pool was still open and clean and usable. The size of the rooms, the furniture, the location and the feel of the house is all really perfect. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. Thanks for such a great service!

I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

We stayed in the accommodation with 6 people and we all felt very comfortable. The location was very private and quiet. We enjoyed the view of the sea every day. There was plenty of space to relax everywhere. If we had any questions, we always got very friendly help from Jean-François. We would love to come back at any time! Everything was perfect!

Being from this city I know her very well and this rental is exceptional, I highly recommend her. Superb house, no noise, clean, spacious with all the comforts you need (bathroom in each room, all utensils and amenities available). Other part of the house + studio arranged in a comfortable and pleasant way allowing many to come into the house. Children's games. Pleasant garden. Exceptional location: One minute from the sea on foot, 5 minutes walk from the train station and the city center where all shops are located, 15 minutes walk from the port. Long walk along the sea from the house for those who like to walk. Very nice welcome.

This was the perfect holiday home for us, would love to go back here! There is everything you need and a little more. A gorgeous view, great pool area and garden. The house is cozy, clean and organized. It is a must with a rental car as there is no public transport in the area. the host responds quickly if there was anything and we felt very welcome again at check out. would definitely recommend this resort!

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We were two families with children (8 people) for 14 days as guests at Thomas's place in Moissac-Bellevue and really enjoyed our stay. The house corresponds 1:1 to the photos and offers everything you need for a nice holiday; be it in the kitchen, bathroom, living room or bedroom. The surroundings are very quiet and immensely relaxing. The covered porch was perfect for eating (incl. BBQ) and also for playing cards. The pool and sun deck invited you to linger and relax. The interior design is very tasteful, discreet, but also extremely functional. We immediately felt at home. Tina was not only present for us to check in, but also helped us during our stay with any questions that came up. We had a great time. Excellent tennis club 10 minutes away in Sablet; we hired bikes and toured beautiful hillside villages and had great meals in Cairanne, 20 minutes walk. You can do 'lengths' in the pool, and as the house is south facing, we had sunshine all day, even in September

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

We booked this house for the family summer vacation and were really satisfied with it. It’s located in the very nice Montagnette range – a bit remote with only few neighbors, yet everything you need is still in short biking distance. We had a wonderful time and spend many hours by and in the beautiful pool and had relaxed evenings in the indoor and outdoor space. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and quite a bit more. Communication was great at all times. With Avignon and Arles and many small charming villages close by, there is a lot to explore in the area. The area is, of course, great for biking on any level you prefer. A big warm thank you to Gerard and Audrey for offering this nice house for our summer vacation, we really enjoyed it :-)
