Perfect place to stay for Kyren. Easy walk to the site and even easier to get the market place shuttle. A little noisy in the evening but given that it's right in the centre not bad. Easy check in and good instruction on how to find the place.

We stayed as a family and used it as a base to visit Beamish. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Also great to have parking right outside.

Lovely one night stay just to have some me time. Place compact but lovely. Very clean. Tea, coffee, milk, bread etc supplied. Thank you. Lovely hot shower and bed was so comfy. Lovely patio just waiting for summer to sit and enjoy a glass or 2 of wine. Would definitely recommend.

Gary and Fiona are fantastic hosts, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Their place is spotless, well equipped and pretty much everything is eco friendly! Very close to supermarkets, restaurants and market place. Would highly recommend and I definitely will stay here again.
