1,000 characters can't describe just how awesome the apartment is!! The photos and reviews are great, but it is even MORE spectacular in person!! The view of the Seine is a highlight of the living room--it's a true view, not a peek-a-boo. There is TONS of luggage storage behind the gray curtain in the bedroom (a little hidden room!), and the mirrored closet is very generous with its double racks + drawers and shelves! The refrigerator is well-sized for the apartment, and there is quite a lot of storage space in the kitchen as well. The bed, chairs, and day-bed/couch are all comfortable. Wi-fi speed is strong. The bathroom felt spacious and the combination washer-dryer (behind the mirror) worked well. Marco and Federico were VERY responsive and easy to work with. We would rent from them again--here at "Oly Ike" as we called it or anywhere. The building felt secure and the neighborhood was great! Don't miss Les Deux Colombes!! + Boulangerie Notre Dame's poulet croustillante!

The apartment was in excellent condition and Bertrand was very responsive and flexible to any requests. We had a lovely month in Paris in an excellent location where Paris could be explored mainly by foot. As it is very central you need to be prepared to have some noise at night as cars are passing by. However, Betrand provided an AC so that windows could be kept closed at night if it got too hot. All in all it was a very stylish and parisian apartment in excellent shape. Thank you Bertrand!

I had an excellent month in Charles' apartment. The location is fantastic, close to Notre Dame and all that goes with it. However, at night the area is quiet. The apartment itself is well-designed and everything is high quality and works perfectly. Charles is also a considerate host and communicates well. I highly recommend this place.
