Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Thank you, Marie!

Very responsive host who knows how to receive(small pleasant surprises for breakfast) Quiet and very soothing place with very well appointed small places (terrace, sauna) The bedding is of excellent quality, the bathroom made with taste. Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

A lovely flat convenient for our family needs. We love the patisserie opposite the location is great for exploring. The flat is larger than appears in photos and very well equipped. There is some road noise as it a busy area but the beautiful construction of the windows doesn’t lend itself to double glazing. We adapted after a night. Code to enter, code for key box so all quite simple to access.

We had a great stay at Jean Louie's! The apartment looks like in the pictures, it's close to lots of food places, including bakeries (1 minute away) and very diverse restaurants. It is well equipped, mattress comfortable and had plenty of towels. It's very bright, with large windows. you may want to bring your own shampoo or get one after you arrive. The building itself is very well maintained and cleaned, with an elevator that plays classical music. One of those little things that can brighten your day. Getting the keys from the neighbor was very easy and communication smooth. So was the departure. I highly recommend this place for a longer or shorter stay.

We had a fabulous three night stay at Caroline‘s place, which was only an eight minute walk from our friends’ hotel. We loved that there were so many restaurant options near us and that the canal was just around the corner. The apartment is quite small, but efficient; the bathroom is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee. We just need to carry our suitcases up the short series of steps which isn’t a problem, but it may be for others. Overall, because of the location and how compact this Airbnb was, we would recommend for Lowe’s looking to explore the day like we did.

We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

The apartment matches the photos and even a little bigger than we imagined. Close to the subway and shops, it's easy to go wherever you want. The neighborhood is quiet. The bedding was perfect, we slept very well. The apartment is very well suited for a couple. Vanessa is super friendly and very responsive to messages.

This apartment was perfect. A beautiful escape from the city in a quiet courtyard. Gorgeous neighborhood close to the park and restaurants. Great recommendations from our host. Stephane was always very responsive, friendly and helpful! We loved our stay!

Accommodation near metro 4 and 13. Arthur is very responsive and precise, the apartment is perfect for one or two people even if the bathroom is small. With Paris prices, a great solution even if it's outside the center.

Excellent location, restaurants for all tastes nearby, 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, despite being on the first floor and next to the street, it is very quiet and you don't hear any noise, the host responds very quickly to your concerns, I definitely recommend it and would come back again.
