Monthly Rentals in Saint Eval

Phillips place was great. Perfect for holidays secluded so no pubs or restaurants in walking distance but amazing views and peaceful. Philip himself was lovely came and introduced himself and was more than happy to help with anything. The only dowside was the decking steps leading too the front door are very slippery when wet as both myself, my wife and the dog found out. 🤣 apart from that minor excitement, Philip catered for everything.

Fantastic communication with Cameron & Julie... warm & friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The place was delightful, quiet and peaceful, and had its own little garden which was a plus! The surrounding area is beautiful. with lovely walks and a useful shop and tea rooms just a few minutes walk away. I had a wonderful few days and certainly would like to visit in the future. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful 4 nights we had. We wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful cottage with everything we could have possibly needed. The sunny days were a bonus with a sunny patio for tea outside, and a cosy log fire after long days on the beaches was very welcome! Such helpful and friendly owners. We hope we can return and have recommended to our family!

This was our second stay at Tom & Zoe's. Again it was a great stay. The flat is spotless and has everything provided. The location is quiet but only 5 miles from Padstow. We cannot fault this lovely little gem and Tom & Zoe are lovely.
