Monthly Rentals in Saint Breward

Our stay at Bo Peep cottage on Lucy's Farm was just great. We were all very impressed with how much thought had gone into making the space child friendly. Outdoor play in abundance and plenty of toys around the cottage from a play shop, play theatre with loads of puppets, fancy dress box and loads more. I especially thought the Teddy bears picnic in the children's room was a really cute touch! It's important to note that although there is a wonderful amount of provisions for the children, the toys were not in the way or overwhelming, the space was great for us adults too. The cottage and grounds had everything we needed for a comfortable week away from home. There was a lovely pub serving great food nearby at the St Tudy Inn. We also enjoyed walking down the road to the snails pace cafe which was situated right along the well known Camel Trail. This cafe was wonderful and served a truly delicious lunch. Stayed for one night, the location was just what we were looking for, a quiet getaway. Easy to get too, cosy and great communication from the host.

Suited our needs, enough space for multi generational family. Good communication from Sarah and quick responses to queries. Site is a little out of the way but no problem with good initial directions. Nice pool on site but sessions do have to be booked in advance so didn’t use it as much as we might.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ladydown Cottage! Mick and Janine were incredibly helpful and thoughtful hosts, staying in contact and providing all the information we needed before and during our visit. After a long 5-hour drive, we arrived at 4 am to find the cottage beautifully warm and welcoming, with lights and heating already on – such a considerate touch that made all the difference. The cottage itself is cozy and charming, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The detailed guide they left for local places to eat and visit was spot-on – the food recommendations were some of the best meals we’ve ever had! We truly felt at home and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Cornwall! Sophia & family X
