Went on a weekend getaway with my wife for some drinks and dinner. Host was very attentive, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was better than expected. Very grateful with the decision on staying on this place, felt very safe thanks to the building security and another thing I liked is there is a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants, and many more things across the street.

Ben was an incredible host and his place was absolutely beautiful. My New Years would have not been as great if it weren’t for Ben and his place. 10/10 would recommend!

Such a great and modern place to stay! Near the Main Street to bars/restaurants/ cafes. Exceptional customer service, from the security guards to the lobby staff ensuring you are safe and welcomed. Very clean and cozy apartment! We were very confused with the elevators at first but again the staff were helpful making sure we didn’t get lost. Overall, great place! Will definitely stay again we travel to TJ!

Great accommodations in Solana Beach! Perfect for our family of five. Easy beach access and walkable into town. Well stocked and very responsive host. Will definitely be back.

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

We drove down to San Diego from Palm Desert and with the car’s nav system we found it easily.Sergio’s entry instructions were perfect.A neighbor told us where to find the shopping cart to assist with the move in and told us how to get to Tourmaline Beach and the Surf Park. The building is great! 2 pools and a great spa. 3 gas grills and dining tables on the courtyard are a nice touch. Sergio’s unit is beautiful and comfortable for a couple. The bed is sooo comfortable. The building is pet friendly and there are quite a few dogs- all well behaved and leashed, but a couple like to bark out their windows but it not excessively. Sergio needs to add a Soundbar to the TV, a floor lamp to improve the ambient lighting and a tall dining table for two on the patio to enable Al fresco dining. We look forward to returning next year!

Our host was great. Great communication. The apartment was spotless. Having 24/7security was probably my biggest draw to the location. The view was great spent nearly every night on the balcony enjoying the view and fresh air. Lost of sirens but turns out thats due to the festival that was happening 2 blocks away. Spent plenty of time at the nearby resturants. If your gonna stay here check out el bendito resturant around the corner for a hidden gem.

We loved Jonathan & Cindy’s location! Our hosts have been extremely responsive and available for every need. The property was super quiet and was extremely clean. Into this cozy place you’ll find everything you need and is perfect also for long-stays (I’ve spent 3 weeks at this amazing place) We haven’t used the sofa bedding since there were 2 of us and neither the AC considering that there was the perfect weather! The neighborhood was very nice, one of my favorite parts of San Diego ! Everything is near, highly recommended for a couple /family stay. Thanks again Jonathan & Cindy!

Very nice place to stay at.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this Airbnb and it did not disappoint. There are so many mindful additions to this home that make your stay really comfortable! John added some holiday decor and a scale for your suitcase in the main living space. there's nothing worse than having to repack your suitcase when you're checking in at the airport. The space is great for our little family. When I come to San Diego, this is the perfect place for us to stay! Thank you, John!

My boyfriend & my kids ages 5,15,16, & 17 all had fun! There was something to do for all of them! Definitely made our family vacation memorable, we spent a lot of time at this Airbnb laughing and enjoying the pool and hot tub. My boyfriend’s daughter made it a mission to find all the golf balls and put them in one basket lol there was a crazy amount, she had a blast and so did my older kids! Me and my guy loved the massage chair after walking around SeaWorld all day lol. Scott was really nice, thx again for hosting us!

We loved this home so much, we came back for a 2nd time, to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This modern gem is beautifully laid out, with lots of space for a family. It offers breathtaking rooftop views of the coast and stunning sunsets. Diana was an incredible host; helpful and accommodating! We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for a night in with friends! The beds were very comfortable and the inside and outside activities were great! We had some pups with us and they loved it too. Some of the other guests even said when they come down to SD next, they'd want to come back to this listing. Loved our stay!

Beautiful home with peaceful and expansive outdoor space that extends the living area - well appointed kitchen - abundant towels and amenities we didn’t use but admired like toys and tools for young kids and beach things. Large laundry machines were helpful post beach time! Nice separate garage was nice workout space when it rained. Very responsive and gracious hosts who were the right amount of attentive - not overbearing but always available (even during a Christmas holiday)! Pristine home with very easy check in and check out - highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to stay for several days over the holidays. Location is very convenient to the freeway, walkable to nearby restaurants. The yard is just awesome and our dogs loved it. Nice parking space for our car. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts provided clear communication. Would stay again!

We loved having our own swimming pool. it was nice to not have a bunch of people around you at the pool. It was clean and heated up pretty fast. The beds were comfortable. We had 5 people in our party and it fit us very comfortably. Overall our stay was great!
