We had a wonderful stay at Carl’s place! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach. Carl was a fantastic host, very flexible with check-in times, and provided extra blankets to ensure we were comfortable. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again!

What a great spot! A few steps from the bay side beach and just a block or two to the ocean side beach. Felt big and spacious, big kitchen and lots of room. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lots of stairs (just fyi) as it’s a 3 story but there is a big bedroom on the main floor with no stairs. Had everything we needed and more. Sweet little view out the upstairs bedroom windows and balcony. So nice to fall asleep looking the bay water and lights. So nice to be able to just walk along the water every morning and head over to the beach for sunset every night. No complaints at all! Thank you!

Stayed here as a family of 5, including two kids. Listing was accurate. Very much appreciate how well stocked the property was: extra linens; cooking condiments (e.g. oil and salt); sand toys; extra blankets; books and magazines. I could tell there was a lot of thought put into hospitality. Like other guests mentioned, the laundry can be a small hassle if there's a parked car blocking the washer/dryer in the garage but we successfully worked around the car.

Second time staying here. Loved this place and would come back again for our next dental appointment. On the last day, the elevator stopped working, which was not an issue since we were going down after check out. Easier going down than up with our stuff. 😅 Would highly recommend a stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, organized and well-stocked the unit was! Ginger was friendly and professional and the unit was exactly as described. Kitchen was important to us, travelling with a child, and it did not disappoint. Speaking of children, Ginger had a crib setup, along with a high chair, plastic dishware and plenty of toys and games for our little one. Laundry was super helpful, too. I'd highly recommend the Studio for a couple or family with 1-2 children. Beyond that, book one of Ginger's larger units. We would book again.

Beds were unusually comfortable (nice treat to be in a King!) and kitchen was well stocked. Extremely convenient location, literally right around corner from great restaurant options, surf lessons, etc.

Fun times in OB! visited for family reunion in OB for Thanksgiving. All members rented houses via Airbnb so got to see other options in area, and ours/Tina's was by far the best. As mentioned,,,, one of the largest options in the area, which made it quite comfortable. Not on beach,,, but so easy to walk and frankly, benefit of not the craziness of that area. House had EVERYTHING and was spotless. Easy access with tech code. yes, you do have to deal with AIRPLANES ,,, but so does everyone else!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

We had a lovely time during our stay in Susie and Britt’s pool house! It’s just as beautiful as the pictures! Very private and such pretty landscaping! Fabulous place to vacation! Britt And Susie are wonderful people and hosts! We look forward to another visit next year!

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

Linda greeted us on arrival and showed us around the townhouse and the complex. This was a wonderful place to stay and had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Beautiful complex right on the beach. Linda was on hand for any advice and help and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the townhouse.

A Slice of Paradise in Pacific Beach This Airbnb is an absolute gem! The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean that stretch as far as the eye can see. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, clean, and equipped kitchen. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony at sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset, every moment feels magical. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for the stay. If you’re looking for a serene, luxurious escape with the best oceanfront views in Pacific Beach, this is the place. I am already planning my next visit! There are also beach chairs, boogie boards available to use. The place is safe as you will require a fob each time you in and out of the place. There is also security at the front desk. Loved it!

We are a family of 5 (children are 8, 6, and a 7 month old). We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit which gave us ample of space. The older kiddos were excited to have their own room with twin beds to sleep in, and the master had a king with plenty of extra space for a pack n play for our baby. There was a Jack and Jill bathroom that worked out perfectly for our family. Bedrooms were all located upstairs. The condo was clean and so were the linens, and it was a huge plus to have another full bathroom downstairs. The grounds were well maintained and we felt safe there. My only complaint was that there were noisy neighbors next to us and could hear them up until midnight from the master bedroom. Not the end of the world though! Kim was easy to book with and the gentleman in the lobby was super friendly and went out of his way to recommend things to do with our children in mind. It was overall a great stay and would go back again. Thank you, Kim!

My sisters and I loved this AirBnB! Great location, beautiful views, lots to do in the area. The house was clean and well maintained, the kitchen was amazingly stocked for cooking. Out host was responsive and friendly when we had questions. Great holiday!

Larry's place was just as expected from the pictures, description, and previous reviews. On site parking fit our huge Expedition and we could have had another car park behind it if needed. The setup was perfect for 8- 2 couples and a family of 4- two bedrooms and two bathrooms are just past the kitchen, and then 3 more bedrooms are a bit further back past the laundry with another, bigger bathroom and a separate door to close off that section, which was great when the kids went to bed. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are beach chairs, towels, and some sand toys. The decks are amazing- we were a little confused about access to the front beach level deck since you have to walk through the downstairs tenant's deck area, but Larry clarified that the front one with the reclining chairs belonged to our unit. Larry was responsive to all questions, and came shortly after we checked in to replace remotes that disappeared from the previous renters. We would definitely stay there again!

I spent Thanksgiving with my family and dog at Feras’ Airbnb, and it was an excellent experience. We were sold on the place because of the view, and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the beautiful views of Imperial Beach Pier and surrounding beach. The floor to ceiling windows and patios were great for watching the sunset. We loved walking on the beach each day because of its peaceful location, huge waves, friendly people, and scenic views. The surrounding area has lots of restaurant options and walking areas but is also not too far from Coronado Island and other fun things to do in San Diego. The beds were comfortable, the host was responsive and friendly and warm, and the house was beautiful and clean - all that you could want in a place away from home! Highly recommend!

Great location! Walkable to many great restaurant’s and the beach. I really appreciated the host sharing her favorite restaurants and places to go. Everything she recommended was so helpful would definitely come back.

We felt right at home in this beautiful space. Earl was an excellent host and made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s place. He was very communicative and checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I have also never stayed somewhere with so many amenities! It had just about everything we needed! One thing I was absolutely blown away by was the outdoor space. As soon as we walked in and I took in that beautiful yard, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. I haven’t been so relaxed in a long time. Coronado is a favorite place of ours and we now have a favorite spot to stay in our favorite place. Thank you for everything guys!

The house was wonderful, beautiful location, steps from the water, perfect for what my gf’s and I were looking for to relive our wonder years of living in PB. Bike store two blocks away, gone bananas 4 blocks away a lots of dining. The remote access was wonderful. We all agreed we’d love to visit again.

Excellent place & Mike is a great host. One helpful tip you might need. Google maps doesn't take you to the house. You'll want to go into the alley behind the listed street to find the front door & driveway to the garage. Otherwise, the place is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable & across the street from the IB Pier. Mike is excellent. He's very responsive and I like how if it's available he'll offer you early check in/late check out. Short honey do list when you check out - put the towels in the laundry basket, leave the beds unmade and take out the trash.

This was a great house in a great location!! Jim also provided us with such great recommendations and was very responsive to all of our comments!!
