Jeff's place is a great find. The location is great if you are looking to walk to neighborhood nightlife and art. Jeff was an amazing host. He had great recommendations for activities. It's a cool setup with Jeff's gallery below the unit. Jeff was available for any questions and the unit was private and quiet as well. The unit is not newly renovated. It is clean. If you're looking for all brand new amenities, it may not be be for you. If you're looking for a great unit close to great neighborhood restaurants, shops, and entertainment with a host that has great recommendations, it is a great stay. Thanks Jeff for being a great host.

The apartment was cozy yet spacious. It was very clean and felt homey. There were restuarants and a Walmart very close by. I definitely will be coming here in the summer as its close to the beach. There was also soace for privacy, which I appreciated.

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

Great place. They had everything. They supplied water, snacks, soda, pads, razor and usb chargers . They went above and beyond with all the amenities. Will definitely stay again.

very nice place. I didn't like the step down between the bedroom and kitchen so I put a motion activated night light to remind myself the step was there. appreciated the washer and dryer, Coffee maker. there was even Coffee and filters in the cupboard

Very nice accommodations and location! Minor problem connecting to the TV ( was confused on how to with the 2 remotes), but she rapidly worked with me to get it connected the next day. All great after that. On last night the electronic luck to get in didn't work, but she immediately got us in. Would stay again for sure! Location is ideal.

Joes place was very convenient for my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the extra amenities such as snacks, coffee, bottled water was a nice touch. Thanks! Will return.

This condo was in a great location to walk everywhere downtown. It was only about a 15 min walk to the convention center and marina, and even closer to the riverwalk. It was in a safe area, with a concierge on staff and access to the building after hours required a key fob. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The 2nd bed in the area adjacent to the kitchen was plenty for our teenage son. The gym was huge and was included with the stay. Bonus was the Starbucks located at the base of the building! The owner was also good with exact check in and check out instructions and also checked in to see how our stay was going. I highly recommend staying in this condo!

Amy was amazing! We rented this place for one of our employees to stay in while we were on a Project in Redington Beach Shores—a super cute little place. Amy was very responsive and checked in to make sure he could find the apartment and see if we needed anything. His birthday happened to land on a day we were there and I messaged her to find out if anyone delivered that had cakes so I could order him a birthday cake and she was super fast to respond and give me a couple of ideas. Very helpful and sweet. I highly recommend this cute, little cozy space. And the price was even better. Worth every penny. Thank you for hosting us! Happy New Year!

Perfect for anyone walking to the Amelia Arena! Went to the Sabrina concert with a friend, was able to walk back to change and then walk about to downtown with no issues. The street is lots of lights to walk at night me felt pretty safe. I liked that the complex had a security guard at the door late at night so nobody should be sneaking up behind you. Tons of guest parking and cheap for $20.00 daily. Apartment was perfect for a quick pit stop to shower and sleep, nothing special but very cozy.

We Loved our stay. It was close to some great restaurants and we LOVED the hot tub!! Definitely would stay again.

Had a wonderful time will go back again. Lutes Florida is a great place to visit.

Liz’s beautiful place made us feel right at home! We were able to use their jacuzzi on some cold nights after a long day of exploring downtown. Would book again! :)
